This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with a personalized and interactive AI experience, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you create an account or use the App as a Guest, we collect basic profile information such as your display name, email address, and language preferences.
User-Generated Content (UGC): We collect the texts, voice notes, and images you send to the AI companions, as well as the custom AI characters you create. This is strictly used to generate AI responses and maintain the context of your conversations.
In-App Economy Data: We securely track your in-app balances, such as Love Tokens, Love Level (XP), and unlocked milestones.
Automatically Collected Information (Device & Usage Data): Through integrated third-party services, we may automatically collect certain device information, such as your IP address, device model, operating system, and unique advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to operate, secure, and improve the core functionalities of the App. Specifically, we use your information to:
Process your text, voice, and image inputs to generate dynamic AI responses.
Save your chat history so you can seamlessly resume conversations.
Manage your secure login sessions and account data.
Serve advertisements to support the free features of the App.
Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data. However, we partner with trusted third-party services (listed below) that may collect specific data to provide authentication and advertising services.
3. Third-Party Services, Data Processing, and Storage
Your privacy is our priority. We use secure backend servers and trusted third-party providers to run the App effectively:
Firebase Authentication (by Google): We use Firebase to manage secure user logins (including Google Sign-In and Guest access). Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad personalization preferences or opt-out of personalized ads directly through your device's privacy settings (e.g., iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android's Ads settings).
AI Processing & Media Storage: Your conversation data is processed strictly for generating immediate responses. We do not use your personal private chats to publicly train open language models. Voice notes and images uploaded to the App are processed securely, and temporary files (such as voice recordings) are routinely cleared from our servers to minimize data footprint.
4. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You have complete control over your data. We retain your personal information and chat history only for as long as your account remains active.
Permanent Deletion (Hard Delete): You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do this, navigate to the Profile Menu > Danger Zone > Delete Account within the App.
Effect of Deletion: Initiating this process will immediately and irreversibly destroy your account, custom AI characters, chat history, and uploaded media from our active servers.
5. Children's Privacy
Due to the mature nature of some AI conversation categories (e.g., Romance, Seductive, Dark Romance), Private Dream AI Companion is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately terminate the account and delete the associated data.
6. Security of Your Data
We implement industry-standard security measures, including secure encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
