2. Target Audience > This app is specifically designed for children in the Ages 5 & Under, 6-8, and 9-12 target age groups.

3. Information Collection and Use > We do not collect any personal information.

• We do NOT collect names, emails, or phone numbers.

• We do NOT collect device identifiers (like Android ID or IMEI).

• We do NOT collect IP addresses or geolocation.

• Local Data: Game progress (levels 1-20) is stored locally on your device using HTML5 localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs > To ensure maximum privacy for children, BrainMatch Kids:

• Does NOT use any Advertising SDKs.

• Does NOT use any Analytics SDKs (like Firebase or Google Analytics).

• Does NOT include any social media integrations or external links.

5. Adherence to Families Policy > We confirm that this app meets all requirements of the Google Play Families Policy:

• No Neutral Age Screen: Since the app is designed solely for children, we do not use a neutral age screen but instead treat all users as children under COPPA.

• Certified SDKs: We do not use any non-certified SDKs.
