Last Updated: March 28, 2026
Welcome to טוראי פרקש (Private Farkash), a mobile game developed and operated by Oren Hod (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile game application (the “Game”).
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.
This Game is available in Israel and the United States. We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws in both jurisdictions, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981 (and its regulations), and applicable U.S. state and federal privacy laws.
We collect limited data solely through Unity Analytics, a third-party analytics service provided by Unity Technologies. We do not directly collect, store, or process any personal data ourselves beyond what Unity Analytics gathers on our behalf.
Unity Analytics may automatically collect the following categories of information when you play the Game:
• Device information (e.g., device model, manufacturer, operating system version)
• App usage data (e.g., session length, game events, feature interactions, in-game progress)
• Network information (e.g., IP address, which may be used to derive approximate geographic location)
• Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), where permitted by your device settings
• Crash and performance data
We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, payment information, precise location data, or any other directly identifying personal information.
The data collected through Unity Analytics is used exclusively for the following purposes:
• Understanding how players interact with the Game in order to improve gameplay, fix bugs, and optimize performance
• Analyzing aggregate usage trends and player behavior
• Diagnosing crashes and technical issues
• Making informed decisions about future game updates and features
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than internal game improvement.
Under Israeli privacy law and applicable data protection principles, the legal basis for processing data collected through Unity Analytics is our legitimate interest in operating, maintaining, and improving the Game. We balance this interest against your privacy rights and only collect the minimum data necessary for these purposes.
For users in the United States, data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Unity Analytics is provided by Unity Technologies SF. Unity may collect and process data according to its own privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review Unity’s privacy policy to understand their data practices:

Unity Technologies acts as a data processor on our behalf for analytics purposes. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We retain analytics data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Unity Analytics data is retained in accordance with Unity’s data retention policies. You may refer to Unity’s privacy policy for specific retention periods.
When data is no longer needed for its original purpose, it is deleted or anonymized.
The Game is available in Israel and the United States. Data collected through Unity Analytics may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where Unity Technologies maintains its servers.
If you are located in Israel, please be aware that your data may be transferred to countries that may not have the same level of data protection as Israel. By using the Game, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 18 where required by applicable law). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to delete such information.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the applicable minimum age without appropriate consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
If you are located in Israel, you have the following rights under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981:
• The right to access personal information held about you
• The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
• The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions
Depending on your state of residence in the United States, you may have additional rights, including:
• California residents: rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination
• We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA
To exercise any of your privacy rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 11 below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
Because we collect data solely through Unity Analytics, some requests (such as data deletion) may need to be directed to Unity Technologies directly. We will assist you in this process where possible.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through the Game. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Unity Analytics implements its own security measures to protect data it processes. Please review Unity’s privacy policy for details on their security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Your continued use of the Game after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
