- AI Object Eraser Pro – com.photizy.objecteraser

- Background Remover Studio – com.photizy.backgroundremover

- Text Sticker Frame Maker – com.photizy.textframemaker

Collectively, these apps are referred to as “the Apps”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.

1. Information We Collect

The Apps are designed for photo editing and image enhancement. We do not require users to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, or payment card information.

The Apps may access the following data only when needed for app functionality:

- Photos and images selected by the user

- Edited images created by the user

- App settings and local preferences

- Device and app information included when the user sends feedback by email

Photos are processed for features such as object removal, background removal, photo enhancement, sky replacement, filters, cropping, text, stickers, and frame editing.

2. How We Use Information

We use user-selected photos and related app data only to provide the Apps’ editing features, save edited images, improve app functionality, respond to user feedback, and maintain app performance.

Images selected by the user are processed on the user’s device unless a feature clearly states otherwise. We do not sell user photos or personal information.

3. App Permissions

The Apps may request permissions such as:

- Photos or media access: to allow users to select, edit, and save images

- Internet and network access: to open policy pages, app store pages, download required resources, or support third-party SDK functionality

- Storage access on older Android versions: to save or read images when required by the operating system

Users can manage permissions in their device settings.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Apps may use third-party libraries or services to support image processing, machine learning, media loading, app compatibility, or Google Play functionality. These may include services such as Google ML Kit, Huawei ML Kit, ONNX Runtime, Google Play services, and other Android libraries.

Third-party providers may process limited technical data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy practices where applicable.

5. Payments and Purchases

If the Apps offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium access, purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Google may provide limited purchase-related information needed to confirm access to paid features.

6. Feedback and Contact

If users contact us by email, we may receive the user’s email address, message content, rating, app version, device model, and Android version if included in the email. We use this information only to respond to feedback, fix issues, and improve the Apps.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell user personal information. We may share limited data only when necessary to operate the Apps, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or work with third-party service providers that support app functionality.

8. Data Retention

User photos and edited images are stored locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to share or export them. Users can delete saved images, clear app data, or uninstall the Apps at any time.

Feedback emails may be retained as long as needed for support, troubleshooting, and record keeping.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Apps. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes means users accept the updated Privacy Policy.
