This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Spetsfilms OÜ ("the Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Voice Visual mobile application (the "Application").
1. Definitions
Company: Spetsfilms OÜ, Registry Code: 17176051, Viljandi Parish, Estonia.
Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service Providers: Third-party companies (specifically Google Play Services) employed to facilitate the Service or perform billing.
2. Data Collection & Usage
Microphone Access: Voice Visual requires access to your device's microphone to capture real-time audio for the purpose of generating visual effects. We process this audio data "ephemerally" (only in the device's temporary memory). We do not record, store, or transmit any audio data to our servers or any third parties.
Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app stability and fix bugs. When a crash occurs, the app sends anonymized information to Google, including device model, OS version, and the technical "stack trace" of the error. Subscriptions: All payment transactions are handled securely by the Google Play Store. We do not have access to your credit card or financial information.
Device Identifiers & Analytics: We use Google Play Services and Firebase, which may collect anonymous device identifiers (such as the Firebase Installation ID) to provide analytics, manage your subscription across devices, and ensure app security. This data is used strictly to count unique users and monitor app health. We do not collect or utilize the Google Advertising ID.
3. Use of Data & Billing
Contract Performance: We use necessary data to manage your subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing. We do not store or access your credit card or financial information.
No User Accounts: This Application does not require or support user account creation. We do not host user accounts on our own servers; therefore, there is no account data to delete.
4. Data Sharing & International Transfers
Service Providers: We share necessary data (including Device Identifiers and Purchase History) with Google Play Services to facilitate in-app purchases, verify your Pro subscription, and monitor basic app performance/crashes.
International Transfers: As we use Google Play Services for distribution and billing, your information may be processed on servers located outside of the EU/EEA. Google’s privacy practices govern these transfers.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

6. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under this age.
