Effective Date: April 2026
Upflow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
Upflow is a habit tracking application designed to help users build routines, track daily progress, monitor streaks, and stay consistent over time.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the App.
By installing or using Upflow, you agree to this Policy.

- Completion history / check-ins
- Streak and progress-related data
- Reminder preferences
- Share card preferences
This information is primarily stored locally on your device.
We do not collect, receive, or store your personal habit entries on our own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future version of the App.
b) Automatically Collected Information
To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience, we may collect limited non-personal technical information such as:
- Device model
- Android version
- App version
- Anonymous usage metrics (such as screen views or feature usage)
- Crash or stability diagnostics
This data is:
- Aggregated or de-identified where possible
- Used to improve performance and stability
- Not intended to personally identify you
Upflow may offer optional premium features (“Premium” or “Pro”).
All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
We do not collect or store:
- Payment card information
- Billing addresses
- Payment credentials
All payment and purchase processing is handled directly by Google Play.
Upflow may send local notifications if you grant notification permission.
These reminders are:
- Created based on your selected reminder settings

- Not transmitted to our servers as personal habit content
We do not collect the content of your reminders.
You can disable notifications at any time through:
- Android system settings
- The App’s Settings screen
Your habits, check-ins, streaks, preferences, and related app settings are primarily stored locally on your device.
If you uninstall Upflow, locally stored app data may be removed from your device, subject to how your device and Android system manage app storage.
Upflow does not operate a personal habit logging backend unless clearly stated in a future update.
Upflow may allow you to generate or share habit progress content, such as share cards, screenshots, or exported summaries.
These files are:
- Generated locally on your device
- Shared only when you choose to share them
- Not uploaded to us by default
We do not receive or store the content you share unless a future feature explicitly says so.
Upflow may display ads in the App, including ads served by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.
These advertising providers may collect or receive certain device-level or technical information to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve advertising services. Depending on your device settings, region, and consent choices, this may include identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, approximate device information, app interaction signals, and diagnostic information.
Upflow does not sell your personal habit entries or personal habit logs to advertisers.
Where required by law, we may request your consent before showing personalized ads or before allowing certain advertising-related data processing. You may also be able to manage your privacy choices through your device settings or applicable in-app privacy options.
For more information about how Google processes data in connection with advertising, please review Google’s privacy policy and related product documentation.
Upflow is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Because most Upflow data is stored locally on your device, your data security depends in part on your device’s own security protections.
We recommend enabling device-level protections such as:
- Screen lock
- PIN
- Password
- Biometrics
No digital system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to minimize privacy risks.
You may:
- Create, edit, or delete habits at any time
- Update reminder settings
- Share your progress only when you choose
- Disable notifications
- Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data from your device
You remain in control of how you use the App and what you store in it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Upflow evolves.
When updates occur, we will:
- Update the Effective Date
- Publish the revised Privacy Policy
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
