2. How We Use Data
TA Tracker uses the collected data for various purposes:
To allow you to track and manage your work-related travel expenses.
To generate professional Excel (.xlsx) and PDF reports for company submission.
To synchronize your data across devices using Firebase Cloud Services.
To allow administrators to approve or manage user access.
3. Permissions
The app requires the following permissions to function correctly:
Internet & Network State: To sync your expenses with the secure Firebase database.
Storage (Read/Write): To save generated Excel and PDF reports to your device so you can share them via WhatsApp or Email.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Play Services: For app updates and core functionality.
Firebase (Google): We use Firebase Authentication for secure login and Cloud Firestore for storing your travel records.
Firebase Analytics: To understand app performance and stability.
5. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. All travel records and personal profiles are stored in encrypted Google Firebase databases. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated travel records, you may contact the App Administrator or the developer.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
