This privacy policy applies to the Super Card ML app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Gibran (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
The operating system and device model you use.
The Service Provider may use the information provided to contact you for important notices or required updates.
2. Augmented Reality (AR) and Camera Access
To provide Augmented Reality features, the Application requires access to your device's Camera.
Camera Usage: The camera is used solely to detect image targets or environments to overlay digital content.
Data Processing: The Service Provider does not record, store, or transmit any video or photo data from your camera to any external servers. All camera processing is done locally and ephemerally on your device.
Sensors: The Application uses motion sensors (gyroscope and accelerometer) to stabilize the AR experience.
3. Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:
Google Play Services: For core functionality and app distribution.
Unity: The game engine used to build the application.
Vuforia: The AR technology provider (PTC Inc.), which may collect technical device information to infer usage statistics.
4. No Third-Party Advertising
The Application does not contain any advertisements. The Service Provider does not share your data with advertising networks or third-party marketers.
5. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, please contact galleryshaqueena@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
6. Children's Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. Parents may contact us at galleryshaqueena@gmail.com for any concerns.
7. Security and User Safety
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information. Additionally, since this is an AR application, users are advised to stay aware of their surroundings while playing and avoid hazardous areas.
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
