You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the app’s source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to SunFlix Developer.
SunFlix Developer is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. However, we will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
The SunFlix app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to deliver our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. For that reason, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which means removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may cause the SunFlix app to stop working properly or entirely.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which SunFlix Developer will not take responsibility. Some functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but SunFlix Developer cannot take responsibility if the app does not work fully due to lack of Wi-Fi or if you have used up your data allowance.
If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of your mobile network provider’s agreement still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage during the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory (e.g., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using the app on, please be aware that we assume you have permission from the bill payer.
Likewise, SunFlix Developer cannot be held responsible for how you use the app. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, SunFlix Developer cannot be held accountable.
With regard to SunFlix Developer's responsibility for your use of the app, please remember that although we strive to ensure that it is up to date and accurate at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. SunFlix Developer accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. It is currently available on Android – the system requirements (and for any additional systems to which we extend the app’s availability) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to continue using the app. SunFlix Developer does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the Android version you have installed. However, you agree to always accept updates to the app when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the app at any time, without giving prior notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination:
(a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end;
(b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, we recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
