During use of the app, Rasidhu may collect:
Business Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email (entered by you in Business Profile)
Customer Names, Phone Numbers, and Addresses (entered by you)
Invoice, Estimate, and Purchase Bill records, including amounts and payment history
Google Account Email (only if you sign in to enable Google Drive Backup)
This information is collected only to operate the app's billing and invoicing features, and is entered directly by you.
How We Use the Information
The collected information is used to:
Generate invoices, estimates, and purchase bills
Track customer payments and outstanding balances
Back up and restore your data if you enable Google Drive Backup
Data Storage
Your business, customer, and billing data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable Google Drive Backup, an encrypted copy of this data is stored in a private, app-specific folder in your own Google Drive account, accessible only to you.
User Access
Users can create, view, edit, and delete their own business, customer, and billing records within the app. Data is private to each user and is not shared between users.
Permissions
The app may access:
Storage/Photos — to let you upload your business logo and generate/share PDF invoices
Internet — to enable optional Google Drive Backup and Restore
Contacts — to let you optionally select a customer or supplier's name and phone number from your device contacts, instead of typing them manually. Contact data is only read locally to pre-fill a form and is never transmitted, stored remotely, or shared.
The app does not access:
Camera
Device location
OTP verification services
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect user information from unauthorized access or misuse. Backup data is encrypted before it is uploaded to Google Drive.

Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any updates.
Account Deletion Request
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us at Rasidhu. Upon verification, the requested account information will be removed from our records within a reasonable period. Note: since most Rasidhu data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app removes local data immediately; this request specifically applies to any data backed up to Google Drive.
