App: Property Advise Services (Android)
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Property Advise Services mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
The App may process information you choose to enter, including:
Contact inquiries: name, phone number, email address, selected service type, and message text.
Service requests: name, phone number, email address, address, service details, and related information you provide.
We use this information only to understand and respond to your request when you contact us.
The App does not upload your form data to our own servers. When you choose to send a contact inquiry or service request, the App opens your device’s email application (or an email app you select) with a pre-filled message addressed to propertyadviseinfo@gmail.com.
You control whether the email is actually sent (for example, by tapping “Send” in your email app). Until you send it, that data stays on your device within your email app’s normal behavior.
When you use your email app, your email provider (for example Google, Microsoft, or your carrier) may process the message under their privacy policy and terms. We do not control those services.
Based on how the App is built, we do not use the App to:
Collect analytics, advertising IDs, or crash reports through third-party SDKs (unless you add them in a future version and update this Policy).
Track your location through the App.
Access your contacts, photos, or files beyond what is needed to complete the email flow you start.
If you change the App later (e.g. add accounts, APIs, analytics), update this Policy and the Google Play Data safety section to match.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Email depends on your email provider’s security. We encourage you to use a trusted email app and device security (screen lock, updates).
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received such information, contact us at the email above.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact propertyadviseinfo@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at [your public privacy policy URL] and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy (or use the approach your lawyer recommends).
