This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game “Pop The Bubble” (the “Game”) handles information. The Game is provided by the developer of Pop The Bubble (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By playing the Game, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT OURSELVES

We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or an account to play the Game.

The Game does not require you to create an account or maintain an online profile.

Your game progress, including scores, coins, settings, and album information, is stored locally on your device and is not directly transmitted to us.

If you uninstall the Game or clear its application data, locally stored game data may be deleted.

2. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB

The Game is free and displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google.

To provide, display, measure, and improve advertising, the advertising software included in the Game may automatically collect or process certain information, which may include:

* Device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID;

* IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location, such as country or city;

* Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size, and similar technical information;

* Advertising and app interaction information, such as ad impressions, ad interactions, and app launches;

* Diagnostics and performance information, including crash and performance data.

Google may use this information for purposes including:

* Delivering advertisements;

* Providing personalized advertisements where permitted and where applicable consent has been provided;

* Providing non-personalized advertisements where personalized advertising is not permitted or consent has not been provided;

* Limiting the frequency with which advertisements are shown;

* Measuring advertising performance;

* Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud and abuse.

We do not directly receive information from the Game that is intended to personally identify individual players.

3. YOUR CHOICES

Advertising consent

Where required by applicable law, including in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Game may request your consent before personalized advertising is provided.

Where available, you can manage your advertising/privacy choices through the privacy options provided within the Game.

Advertising ID

Depending on your Android device and operating system version, you may be able to reset, delete, or restrict the use of your advertising identifier through your device's privacy or advertising settings.

Rewarded advertisements

Rewarded advertisements are optional. You choose whether to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for the applicable in-game reward.

4. SHARING

The Game may provide sharing functionality.

When you use the Share feature, the Game may create an image containing your game score or other applicable game information and provide it to the sharing application you select.

We do not control the information you choose to share through another application and do not receive a copy of what you share unless you separately provide it to us.

Advertising-related information may be processed by Google AdMob as described in Section 2.

We do not sell personal information.

5. CHILDREN

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the email address below so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We do not maintain a server-based account containing your game progress.

Game progress and settings stored locally by the Game remain on your device until they are removed by uninstalling the Game or clearing the Game's application data in your device settings.

Information processed by Google AdMob is handled and retained by Google according to Google's applicable policies and retention practices.

7. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Game.

Information transmitted by the Game to third-party services, where applicable, is generally transmitted using encrypted connections such as HTTPS.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated Privacy Policy at the same web address and update the Effective date shown at the beginning of the policy.
