Pengu allows you to log behavioral decisions such as:

This data is stored locally on your device.

We do not collect, receive, or store your behavioral logs on our servers.

To improve app performance and stability, we may collect limited non-personal technical information such as:

• App version

• Basic anonymous usage metrics (e.g., feature usage, screen views)

This data is:

• Aggregated

3. Premium Features & Purchases

Pengu offers optional premium features (“Pro”).

All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

We do not collect or store:

• Billing addresses

All purchase data is handled directly by Google Play.

Pengu may send local notifications if you grant notification permission.

These reminders are:

• Generated and scheduled locally on your device

• Based on your selected reminder times

We do not collect data about when you receive or interact with reminders.

You may disable notifications at any time through:

• Android system settings

• The App’s Settings screen

5. Data Storage

All behavioral logs and preferences are stored locally on your device.

If you uninstall Pengu, your local data is removed from your device.

Pengu does not operate a backend server and does not upload personal data.

6. Data Export

Pengu may allow exporting your data (e.g., JSON or CSV format).

Exported files are:

• Generated locally on your device

• Shared only through user-initiated actions

We do not receive or store exported data.

7. Third-Party Services

Pengu may use limited third-party services for:

• App stability monitoring

• Anonymous analytics

These services may collect device-level technical information in aggregated form.

We do not sell or share personal behavioral data.

8. Children’s Privacy

Pengu is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
