2. Document Privacy & Local Processing
Your privacy is our priority. We operate on a "Local-Only" data model:

• No Cloud Uploads: All document scanning, image cropping, filters, and PDF generation happen strictly on your mobile device.

• No File Access: We do not have servers that store your documents. We cannot see, read, or share the files you create or scan.

• User Control: You have full control over your files. Deleting a file within the app or uninstalling the app removes the local data associated with it.

3. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. No account registration is required to use the App.

B. Automatically Collected Data (Third-Party)

To provide and improve our service, we use third-party tools that may collect technical data:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, IP address, and device information to show relevant ads.

• Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics): Used to understand app performance and fix bugs. This includes crash logs, device model, and basic usage statistics (e.g., which features are used most).

4. Permissions Requested
The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera:   When using features that require camera access:

• Face data is used only for in-app editing functionality

• We do not use face data for identification, tracking, or profiling

• Face data is not shared with third parties

• Data remains on local device storage and is not retained by us

• Storage / Photos & Videos: To import images from your gallery and save your finished PDF files to your device storage.

• Internet & Network State: Required to load advertisements and send anonymous crash reports.

• Notifications: To provide updates on file processing or app features (if enabled).

5. Data Deletion & Retention
User Files: Since your files are stored locally, you manage their deletion. We do not keep copies.

Technical Data: You can opt-out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID via your Android Device Settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. International Compliance (GDPR/CCPA)

We respect the privacy rights of users worldwide. Because we do not collect personal identifiers like names or emails, our data collection is limited to the technical identifiers used by Google’s advertising and analytics platforms.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
