Personal Data (Shifts & Schedules): All data you enter, including shift schedules, notes, and work hours, is stored locally on your device. We do not have a backend or server infrastructure. Therefore, we do not have access to, collect, or store your personal shift data on any external servers.
Automatically Collected Information: To ensure the app functions correctly and to improve performance, we may collect anonymous technical information such as device model and operating system version.
To provide certain features and monetization, we integrate with the following third-party service providers, which have their own privacy policies:
RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction receipts to verify your premium status. They do not have access to your credit card details; all financial transactions are handled by Apple or Google.
The app requires the following permissions to function as intended:
Calendar Access (Read/Write/Delete): This allows you to sync your shifts with your phone's native calendar. The app can read existing events to prevent conflicts and write or delete shift entries at your request. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Notifications: Used to send you reminders about your upcoming shifts.
Because your data is stored locally, the security of your information depends on the security of your device. If you delete the application, all locally stored data will be removed according to the operating system's standard procedures. We recommend using device-level security (passcodes, Biometrics) to protect your information.
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since we do not store your data on our servers, you have full control over your information. You can access, modify, or delete your data directly within the app or by uninstalling the application. For data processed by third-party services (AdMob/RevenueCat), you can manage your preferences through your device's privacy settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking").
