This privacy policy applies to any mobile app developed and published by Syncretica (formerly Softgasm) on the Google Play Store. This includes, but is not limited to, Billant, CalcuLatto, and any other app listed under our developer account.

It outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect user information across all our applications in accordance with global data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws.

Syncretica does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13, other than essential analytics or subscription-related data required for app functionality and compliance, and only in accordance with applicable laws.
