Notepad Pro respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect
Notes and Checklists
All notes, checklists, folders, tags, reminders, and other content created in Notepad Pro are stored locally on your device by default.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your notes on our servers.
Google Drive Backup
If you choose to use the Cloud Backup feature, Notepad Pro requests permission to access your Google Drive account.
This permission is used solely to:
Create backups of your notes and app data.
Restore backups when requested by you.
Synchronize backup files stored in your Google Drive.
Notepad Pro does not access, read, modify, or delete unrelated files in your Google Drive.
Account Requirements
Notepad Pro does not require account creation.
You can use the app without creating an account. Google account access is only required if you choose to use the optional Google Drive Backup feature.
Device Permissions
Storage Access
Used to:
Export PDF documents.
Import backup files.
Save notes and documents locally.
Google Drive Access
Used only for:
Cloud backup.
Cloud restore.
Analytics and Advertising
Notepad Pro does not collect analytics data, advertising identifiers, or personal information.
The app does not track user activity and does not collect information for advertising or marketing purposes.
How We Use Information
Your data is used only to provide app functionality, including:
Creating and managing notes.
Managing checklists.
Generating PDF documents.
Backing up and restoring data.
Organizing content into folders and workspaces.
Data Sharing
Notepad Pro does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Your data remains under your control.
Data Security
All notes and app data are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to back them up to your Google Drive account.
We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access.
Children's Privacy
Notepad Pro is not directed toward children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
You may:
Delete notes at any time.
Remove backup files from Google Drive.
Uninstall the application.
Revoke Google Drive permissions through your Google Account settings.

If advertising services such as AdMob are added in future versions of Notepad Pro, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before such features are released.
