Clipora, developed by MaxLabs LLC, operates primarily as a client-side media utility and offline local video player. Your personal videos, downloaded media, and files remain stored locally on your device and are NEVER uploaded or transmitted to any external servers.
2. Permissions & Data Access
- Media & Storage: READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, and Storage permissions are strictly used to save, scan, organize, and play your downloaded media files locally on your device.
- Internet & Network State: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions are used strictly to stream and fetch public online media URLs entered or pasted by the user.
- Notifications & Foreground Services: POST_NOTIFICATIONS is used strictly to display active download progress, completion alerts, and background task controls in your notification tray.
- Clipboard Access: The app checks your clipboard locally only when opened to suggest auto-pasting copied video links. Clipboard data is never stored or uploaded to any server.

We do not store your personal media files or download history on remote databases or servers. All files remain under your complete control on your local device.
