Lords of War: Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lords of War (the "game"), a virtual reality game for Meta Quest made by CIMPstudios ("we", "us"), handles your information.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The game has no accounts, no online features, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. It does not send any data to us or to anyone else.
2. Information stored on your headset
The game saves your progress (your campaigns, army, coins, unlocks, and settings) in files on your own headset. These files never leave the device and we cannot see them. You can delete them at any time by deleting a saved campaign in the game, or by uninstalling the game.
3. Information handled by Meta
The game is sold and installed through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta may collect information about your purchase, your account, and your device use under its own privacy policy, which you can read at https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/. We do not receive personal information from Meta about you.
4. Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and the game collects no personal information from anyone.
5. Your rights
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have a question or request about your privacy, contact us at the address below and we will reply.
6. Changes to this policy
If the game ever starts handling personal information, we will update this policy before that change and show the new effective date at the top.
