By using LoadMaster - CBM Calculator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LoadMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LoadMaster is a CBM (Cubic Meter) calculator and container loading tool for logistics professionals. The App provides cargo volume calculations, container fit analysis, and related shipping tools.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

LoadMaster offers the following purchase options:

Monthly Subscription ($4.99/month): Auto-renewable monthly subscription providing access to all Pro features including unlimited calculations, unlimited cargo items, special containers, unlimited history, and container overload alerts.

Lifetime Pro ($19.99): One-time purchase providing permanent access to all Pro features.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Free Features

The App provides limited free functionality including basic CBM calculations (2 free calculations), 1 cargo item per calculation, standard container specifications, and limited calculation history.

5. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Users may create an account to save calculation history and sync data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by LoadMaster and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LoadMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Calculations provided are for reference purposes and should be verified independently.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
