This Privacy Policy explains how 3 ANH EM NOODLE COMPANY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Android application KiteCut (the "App"). Privacy contact: Developer / company: 3 ANH EM NOODLE COMPANY LIMITED
1. Scope and Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to KiteCut and to information processed through the App. KiteCut is a mobile video-editing application. The App is designed to let users import media, edit projects on their device, and export edited video files.
Unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise, media files that you select for editing are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded by us to our own servers. Third-party SDKs integrated into the App, such as analytics and advertising services, may collect or receive certain device, usage, diagnostic, and advertising information as described below.
2. Information We Access, Collect, or Process
2.1 Media and project content
To provide editing functions, KiteCut may access videos, images, and audio files that you choose from your device. This access is used to import content into a project, preview edits, apply editing operations, and export the finished result.
Selected media may include videos, photos, and audio files that you intentionally choose for a KiteCut project.
Project files, edit settings, thumbnails, temporary render files, and exported videos may be stored locally on your device.
We do not intentionally collect the content of your locally edited media on our own servers unless a future feature explicitly states that an upload is required and provides any legally required notice or consent.
2.2 App, device, usage, and diagnostic information
The App and integrated service providers may automatically process information about the device and how the App is used. Depending on configuration and device settings, this may include:
App interactions and usage events, such as project creation, editor activity, export events, session information, and feature engagement.
Device and app information, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, country/region signals, and screen or performance characteristics.
Diagnostic information, such as crash, error, performance, and technical logs if a diagnostic service is enabled in the production App.
Network information, including IP address, which service providers may use for security, fraud prevention, service delivery, or coarse/approximate geographic inference.
Resettable identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or similar identifiers, when available and permitted by device settings and applicable law.
2.3 Advertising information
KiteCut may display advertisements through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device/app information, ad impressions, clicks or other ad interactions, and consent choices in order to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
2.4 Information you provide to us
If you contact us for support or privacy questions, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, diagnostic details, or other information you include in your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for us to assist you.
2.5 Information we do not intentionally request
KiteCut does not currently require a user account. We do not intentionally request your real name, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, government identification number, health information, or payment-card number as part of the core video-editing experience. If the App changes in a way that introduces additional data collection, this policy and any required disclosures will be updated before or when those changes apply.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
Provide core App functionality, including importing media, editing, previewing, saving projects locally, and exporting videos.
Understand how features are used, measure product performance, and improve usability, reliability, and editing workflows.
Display, measure, and improve advertising, including personalized advertising where legally permitted and consented to when required.
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, security incidents, and technical problems.
Respond to user support requests and privacy inquiries.
Comply with applicable law, legal process, and enforceable governmental requests, and protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, and our services.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, United Kingdom, and Similar Jurisdictions)
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following, depending on the activity:
Contract / service necessity: processing needed to provide the App functions you request.
Consent: for processing that legally requires consent, including certain advertising or device-storage access scenarios. You may withdraw consent where the law provides that right.
Legitimate interests: to improve the App, secure the service, prevent fraud, measure performance, and operate our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Legal obligations: to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or other binding legal requirements.
5. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share or allow processing of information in the following circumstances:
5.1 Google Firebase Analytics
KiteCut may use Firebase Analytics to measure App usage and understand how users interact with features. Firebase may process app-instance identifiers, device/app information, usage events, and related analytics data depending on the App configuration and your device settings.
More information: Firebase Privacy and Security
5.2 Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
KiteCut may use Google AdMob to display and measure advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, device/app information, and ad interactions. Where required by law, advertising personalization is subject to consent or other applicable privacy controls.

5.3 Service providers
We may use service providers to support technical operation, analytics, security, communications, hosting, or other business functions. They may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
5.4 Legal, safety, and business disclosures
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, necessary to protect rights or safety, or necessary to investigate fraud or security issues. If our business or the App is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.
6. Advertising Choices and Consent
Depending on your region, device, and applicable law, you may be shown a consent or privacy-choice interface before certain advertising technologies are used. When such a choice is presented, your selection may affect whether ads are personalized or non-personalized and how advertising data is processed.
You can manage or reset the Android Advertising ID through your device or Google settings where that option is available.
You can change device-level privacy and advertising settings at any time, although the exact controls vary by Android version and region.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads; you may still receive contextual or non-personalized advertising where permitted.
7. Permissions and Device Access
KiteCut requests only permissions that are intended to support App functionality. Depending on your Android version and the features you use, these may include access to photos, videos, audio, or files that you select for editing or export.
Photos / videos / media access: used to select source media for editing and to save or export results where required by Android.
Audio / music access: used when you choose audio files for a project, if this feature is enabled.
Internet access: used for analytics, advertising, remote service communication, and other network-dependent functions included in the App.
You can revoke optional permissions through Android settings. Some features may stop working if the permission required for that feature is disabled.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements. Retention differs by data category:
Local media and project data: normally remains on your device until you delete the project, delete the files, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Because this content is stored locally, we generally cannot remotely delete it for you.
Analytics and advertising data processed by Google or other providers: retained according to the applicable provider settings, contracts, and privacy policies, and may be aggregated or de-identified over time.
Support and privacy communications: may be retained for up to 24 months after the matter is resolved, or longer when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purposes.
Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for product measurement, security, and statistical purposes.
Account deletion: KiteCut does not currently provide user accounts, so there is no account profile stored by us to delete. If account functionality is introduced, we will provide an appropriate account and associated-data deletion mechanism when required by Google Play policy or applicable law.
Privacy/deletion requests: To request deletion of personal information that we directly control, contact [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may need limited information to verify and process the request. Data controlled independently by third-party providers may be subject to their own privacy controls and retention rules.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Your rights depend on where you live. Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information; receive a portable copy of certain data; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may exercise applicable rights by contacting [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request.
9.1 California privacy notice
If California privacy law applies to our processing, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain advertising activities may be treated as "sharing" under California law. Where applicable, available consent, advertising, or device controls may be used to exercise those choices, and you may also contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. International Data Transfers
Some third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we and our service providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, or other transfer tools recognized by applicable law.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include limiting data collection, using platform security controls, using encrypted network transport where supported by the relevant service, restricting access, and relying on established service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
KiteCut is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or to a higher minimum age where local law sets a higher threshold for independent consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in a manner that requires parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, contact [PRIVACY EMAIL] so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
If the App is later offered to an audience that includes children under applicable Google Play Families requirements, we will update the App, SDK configuration, disclosures, and this Privacy Policy as required.
13. Third-Party Links and External Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites, advertising content, or services. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates the latest revision. If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we will provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.
