Home Construction And Restoration LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”)

Overview:

HCR Task Manager is an offline task management app. You do not need an account, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information through the App. Everything you create stays on your device.

What the App Stores Locally:

The App saves information you enter or that is needed for features, including:

Task titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities, and completion status

Categories (names and colors)

Items in the Recycle bin until you restore or permanently delete them

App settings such as theme, sort order, and onboarding status

This data is stored in local app storage (database and preferences). It is not sent to our servers.

What We Do Not Collect:

We do not collect:

Names, emails, phone numbers, or login credentials

Location, contacts, photos, or device advertising IDs

Analytics, crash reports, or usage data sent to us

Payment information

The App is designed to work without internet access for its main features.

How Your Data Is Used:

Data on your device is used only to run the App—for example, to show your tasks, search, statistics, categories, and the recycle bin. We do not use it for marketing or profiling.

Sharing:

We do not share your task data with third parties. Data may only leave your device if you choose to share it (for example, via screenshots or Android share features outside the App).

Deleting Your Data:

Edit or delete tasks anytime in the App

Use the Recycle bin in Settings to restore or permanently remove deleted tasks

Uninstalling the App removes its local data from your device

We cannot recover data after it is deleted or after uninstall, because we do not store copies online.

Backup:

Automatic cloud backup and device transfer of app data are disabled or excluded. You are responsible for keeping copies of important information if you need them elsewhere.

Security:

Protect your device with a screen lock and keep Android updated. While we design the App to keep data local, no storage method is completely risk-free.

Children:

The App is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes:

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
