Guess My Age & Gender ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your information, including camera access, image processing, and third-party advertising services.
By using the Guess My Age & Gender application (the "App"), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
A. Camera and Photo Library Access
Camera Access: The App requests access to your device’s camera solely to allow you to take real-time selfies for age and gender estimation.
Storage / Photo Library Access: The App requests permission to access your image gallery so you can select and import existing photos for analysis.
On-Device Facial Processing: All facial recognition, face detection, and age/gender estimation processing occurs locally on your mobile device using lightweight machine learning models (Google ML Kit & TensorFlow Lite). Your photos are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any external servers.
B. Device and Analytics Information
While we do not collect personal identifiers, third-party libraries integrated into the App may automatically collect non-personal device information to provide ads and app stability. This may include:
Device model and operating system version.
IP address and rough location data.
Unique Advertising IDs (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
Performance logs and crash reports.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App integrates trusted third-party SDKs to provide advertising, rewards, and updates. These third parties may collect and process anonymous device data according to their respective privacy policies:
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID to serve relevant personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

3. Data Retention and Security
Photos and Facial Data: We do not store, retain, or share your facial images or analysis data. Once you close the picture or exit the scan screen, temporary memory buffers are cleared immediately.
Data Transmission: Because image processing is 100% on-device, your facial features and photo content never leave your phone.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our App is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary corrective action.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will be effective immediately upon being published within the App or on our hosted privacy page.
