This privacy policy applies to the Gentle Brain Bloom app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Benny Sudakov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application stores information on your device when you download and use it. This information is kept locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers. Information stored may include:
A nickname you choose in the Profile screen
Game progress, including level completion, stars, best times, coins, experience points, and unlocked worlds
Words you have found, achievements earned, and daily play streaks
Daily challenge results and local leaderboard entries
Your selected avatar and onboarding completion status
Preferences and progress saved through the device's local storage (UserDefaults)
The Application does not require you to create an account or sign in.
When you choose to save an unlocked landscape image, the Application may request access to add photos to your device's photo library. Images are saved only when you tap "Save to Photos" and grant permission. The Service Provider does not access your existing photos.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Application does not send your data over the internet to the Service Provider. If you contact the Service Provider by email, any information you include in that message (such as your email address and the content of your inquiry) will be used only to respond to you.
For a better experience while using the Application, you may optionally provide certain information, including but not limited to a nickname displayed in your profile. This information is stored on your device and used only within the Application as described in this privacy policy.
The Application does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social networking SDKs. The Service Provider does not sell or rent your information.
Because game data is stored locally on your device, the Service Provider does not receive automatically collected usage data from the Application. Apple may collect certain technical information in connection with App Store distribution, updates, and device operation under Apple's own privacy policy; that collection is outside the Service Provider's control.
The Service Provider may disclose information you voluntarily provide (for example, in an email to support):
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.
You can delete locally stored game data without uninstalling by using Reset All Progress in the Profile screen within the Application.
Game data is retained on your device for as long as you use the Application and until you delete it (via reset or uninstall). The Service Provider does not retain copies of your locally stored game data on its servers.
If you contact the Service Provider regarding data in an email or other message you sent voluntarily, they will retain that correspondence only as long as needed to address your request.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete information you have provided through direct contact (such as an email), please contact them at ibrahimmalan0002@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider at ibrahimmalan0002@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because game data remains on your device, you are responsible for securing your device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other protections offered by your operating system. Information you send to the Service Provider by email is handled with reasonable care.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
