This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Your HandPan mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

We built the Your HandPan app as a Free app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personal identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).

Media and Files: The app may require access to your device’s audio system to play sounds, but it does not access your private photos, videos, or files.

Microphone: If the app includes recording features, the microphone is used only when you trigger the recording. No audio is sent to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Specifically:

Google Play Services: Used for app distribution and updates.

3. Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, and other statistics.

4. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
