Information You Provide

1. User Profile: The App creates a local user profile to manage your game access and subscription status. This profile, which includes a randomly generated user ID, is stored exclusively on your device and synchronized with your Apple Watch via Apple's secure WatchConnectivity framework. This information is never sent to our servers.

2. In-App Purchases: If you choose to purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed securely by Apple's App Store. We receive anonymous, aggregate transaction data from Apple to confirm your subscription status, but we do not receive your personal payment information.

3. Support Correspondence: If you contact us for support (e.g., via email), we will only use the information you provide (such as your email address and the content of your message) to resolve your inquiry.

Data Storage and Security

All data related to the App, including your subscription status and game trial counts, is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch using standard system features like UserDefaults. We rely on the security measures provided by Apple's iOS and watchOS to protect this data.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from them. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
