Soto Notes is developed and published by Nahid App Solution. This application is designed to provide users with a simple, clean, lightweight, and convenient environment for creating, editing, organizing, and managing personal notes and daily plans.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how Soto Notes handles information when you use the application.
Soto Notes is a completely offline application.
We do not collect, transmit, process, or share any personal information from users.

Soto Notes allows users to create, edit, organize, search, pin, categorize, and manage their own notes and daily plans.
Information created by users, such as notes, formatted text, URLs added to notes, custom note colors, pinned notes, note categories, To Do List information, and related note information, is intended to remain locally on the user’s device.
We do not upload or transmit this information to any external server.
We do not maintain a remote database containing users’ notes, pinned notes, categories, or personal information.
Because the application is offline, Nahid App Solution does not have access to the notes, pinned notes, categories, or plans created by users.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own device and any local data stored by the application.
Soto Notes provides a local JSON-based Backup and Restore feature.
Users can create a backup of their notes and related information in JSON format and save the backup file to a location selected by the user.
Users can also select a previously created JSON backup file to restore their notes and related information within the application.
Backup files may contain information such as:
Note titles and content
Formatting information
Note colors and styles
Pin status
Categories
Dates
To Do List information
URLs or links
Other information associated with the user’s notes
Backup and restore operations are performed for the user’s convenience and are not transmitted to or stored on Nahid App Solution’s servers.
Users are responsible for the security and storage of any backup files they create and for choosing where those files are stored.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user information with third parties.
Because Soto Notes does not collect user information:

No advertising networks receive user data

While writing a note, users can apply text formatting such as:

Users can also add URLs to their notes when needed.
Users can easily edit and update their existing notes whenever needed.
Users can pin important notes to keep them easily accessible and distinguish them from other notes.
Pinning a note only changes how the note is organized or displayed within the application. It does not transmit the note or any related information to an external service.
Users can assign custom colors to individual notes to help organize their notes and visually identify important information.
Soto Notes allows users to organize notes using categories.
Users can assign notes to categories to make their notes easier to organize and manage.
Category information is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Users can quickly search through their notes to find specific information.
Soto Notes includes a Trash feature where deleted notes can be moved instead of being immediately removed from the application.
Users can manage notes stored in Trash according to the available options in the application.
Trash data remains locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Soto Notes provides two different ways to display notes on the home screen:

Users can choose the viewing style that best suits their preference.
Soto Notes provides home screen widgets for convenient access to app features:
Quick Action Widget – provides quick access to available note-related actions.
Pinned Notes Widget – displays pinned notes for convenient access from the device’s home screen.
The widgets use information stored locally on the user’s device. Widget information is not transmitted to external servers.
Soto Notes includes a To Do List feature that allows users to create and manage To Do items directly within their notes.
Users can add To Do items to a note and associate them with a date. The date is displayed within the note along with the note’s other date information.
To Do items are managed directly within the note, without opening a separate calendar or additional screen.
All To Do information is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Soto Notes provides appearance options that allow users to customize the application interface.
Users can choose between:
Light Mode
Dark Mode
The selected appearance preference is stored locally on the user’s device and is used to display the application according to the user’s chosen theme.
Theme preferences are not transmitted to external servers.
Soto Notes is intended for a general audience.
The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Because the app does not require registration, does not collect personal information, and operates offline, users can use the application without providing personal details.
Parents or guardians may supervise children’s use of applications as they consider appropriate.
We take reasonable measures to maintain a secure, reliable, and stable application.
Since Soto Notes does not collect or transmit personal information to our servers, we do not maintain a server-side database of user information.
However, no software or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device and protecting access to locally stored information and backup files.
