Profi Student is a free mobile application ("the App") created by Profi University ("we", "our", or "us") to provide educational services for students and staff. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose your personal data when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect various types of information to provide you with the best experience. The types of information we collect are:

1.1 Personal Information

When you create an account on the App or use its features, we may collect personal details such as:

• Your full name

• Student ID or staff ID

• Email address

• Phone number (optional)

• Date of birth

1.2 Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device, including:

• Device type, model, and operating system

• Unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, UDID, MAC address)

• Usage data such as interaction patterns with the app, including clicks, screen transitions, and time spent on specific features

1.3 Location Information

The App may collect location data (GPS) to provide location-based services such as campus maps, nearby resources, or event notifications. This data is collected only with your consent and can be disabled at any time from the App settings.

1.4 Storage Access

The App may request permission to access your device's storage to upload/download academic materials such as assignments, lecture notes, or other educational content. This data is stored securely and used solely for academic purposes.

1.5 Camera (Optional)

The App may request permission to access your device's camera for scanning QR codes or uploading documents. You have the option to grant or deny access, and this permission is only used for educational and administrative purposes.

1.6 Internet Connection

We may use your internet connection to sync your academic data with our university's internal systems. This helps in providing you with up-to-date notifications, grades, and resources.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

• Account Management: To create, manage, and authenticate your account and provide access to educational content and university services.

• Educational Services: To deliver personalized academic content such as course materials, assignments, grades, and updates based on your enrolled courses and programs.

• Communication: To send important notifications, updates, and alerts regarding your courses, exams, assignments, university announcements, and deadlines.

• Personalization: To enhance your learning experience by suggesting relevant study resources, activities, and notifications tailored to your academic needs.

• Security and Compliance: To maintain the security of our App, detect fraud or misuse, and comply with university policies and legal obligations.

• Customer Support: To address user inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve any issues related to the App's functionality.

3. Data Retention

Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In the event that your academic tenure ends, your data will be archived in accordance with university regulations, and upon your request, it may be permanently deleted. After account termination, we may retain data for audit, legal, or regulatory reasons, but it will not be used for any other purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except under the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in providing services to us, such as cloud hosting, data storage, and email communication services. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only for the services they are contracted to provide.

4.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or if we believe such action is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of the university, its students, staff, or others.

4.3 Internal University Departments

Your data may be shared with authorized departments within the university for academic and administrative purposes, such as scheduling exams, verifying grades, or facilitating communication between faculty and students.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and employ industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and secure protocols to protect your data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We continuously update and monitor our systems to safeguard your information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

As a user of our App, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

6.1 Access and Rectification

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to request corrections if any of your information is inaccurate or incomplete.

6.2 Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data when you leave the university or if you no longer wish to use the App. Please note that some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

6.3 Opt-Out

You can opt-out of receiving notifications or promotional communications by adjusting your notification settings within the App or contacting us directly.

6.4 Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Profi Student — bu Profi University tomonidan yaratilgan bepul mobil ilova ("Ilova") bo‘lib, talaba va xodimlar uchun ta’lim xizmatlarini taqdim etadi. Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosatida siz Ilovadan foydalanganda shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringiz qanday yig‘ilishi, ishlatilishi, saqlanishi, himoya qilinishi va oshkor qilinishi haqida ma’lumot beriladi.

1. Yig‘iladigan ma’lumotlar

Sizga eng yaxshi xizmatni taqdim etish uchun quyidagi turdagi ma’lumotlarni yig‘amiz:

1.1. Shaxsiy ma’lumotlar

Ilovada akkaunt yaratganingizda yoki funksiyalaridan foydalanganingizda biz quyidagi ma’lumotlarni yig‘ishimiz mumkin:

• To‘liq ismingiz

• Talaba yoki xodim ID raqami

• Elektron pochta manzilingiz

• Telefon raqamingiz (ixtiyoriy)

• Tug‘ilgan sanangiz

1.2. Qurilma va foydalanish ma’lumotlari

Biz avtomatik tarzda qurilmangiz haqida ba’zi ma’lumotlarni yig‘amiz:

• Qurilma turi, modeli va operatsion tizimi

• Qurilmaga xos identifikatorlar (masalan, IMEI, UDID, MAC manzil)

• Ilovadagi harakatlaringiz, bosishlar, ekran o‘zgarishlari, vaqtingizni qayerda ko‘p o‘tkazganingiz

1.3. Joylashuv ma’lumotlari

Ilova sizning joylashuv ma’lumotlaringizni (GPS) yig‘ishi mumkin, masalan: kampus xaritalari, yaqin joylashgan manbalar yoki tadbirlar haqida bildirishnomalar uchun. Bu ma’lumot faqat sizning roziligingiz bilan yig‘iladi va istalgan vaqtda Ilova sozlamalaridan o‘chirilishi mumkin.

1.4. Xotiraga kirish

Ilova qurilmangizdagi xotiraga kirish ruxsatini so‘rashi mumkin, masalan: topshiriqlar, ma’ruza yozuvlari yoki boshqa ta’limiy materiallarni yuklash yoki tushirish uchun. Bu ma’lumotlar faqat ta’limiy maqsadlarda xavfsiz tarzda saqlanadi.

1.5. Kamera (ixtiyoriy)

Ilova QR kodlarni skanerlash yoki hujjatlarni yuklash uchun kameraga kirishni so‘rashi mumkin. Bu ruxsat faqat ta’limiy va ma’muriy maqsadlarda ishlatiladi.

1.6. Internetga ulanish

Ilova sizning ta’limiy ma’lumotlaringizni universitetning ichki tizimlari bilan sinxronlash uchun internet aloqasidan foydalanadi. Bu sizga real vaqtda yangiliklar, baholar va resurslarni taqdim etishga yordam beradi.

2. Ma’lumotlaringizdan qanday foydalanamiz

Yig‘ilgan ma’lumotlardan quyidagi maqsadlarda foydalanamiz:

• Akkauntni boshqarish: Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish, akkauntingizni tasdiqlash va ta’limiy kontentga kirishni ta’minlash

• Ta’limiy xizmatlar: Kurslar, topshiriqlar, baholar va yangiliklarni shaxsiylashtirib taqdim etish

• Aloqa: Kurslar, imtihonlar, topshiriqlar, universitet yangiliklari va muddatlar haqida xabar yuborish

• Shaxsiylashtirish: Sizning ehtiyojlaringizga mos o‘quv materiallari va bildirishnomalarni taklif qilish

• Xavfsizlik va qonunlarga rioya qilish

• Mijozlarga xizmat: Savollaringizga javob berish va texnik muammolarni hal qilish

3. Ma’lumotlarni saqlash muddati

Ma’lumotlaringiz ushbu siyosatda belgilangan maqsadlar uchun zarur bo‘lgan muddatgacha saqlanadi. O‘quv muddatingiz tugagach, ma’lumotlaringiz universitet qoidalariga muvofiq arxivlanadi va sizning iltimosingiz bilan butunlay o‘chirib tashlanishi mumkin. Akkaunt yopilgach, ayrim ma’lumotlar audit, qonuniy yoki tartibga soluvchi maqsadlarda saqlanishi mumkin.

4. Ma’lumotlarni ulashish va oshkor qilish

Sizning shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz, ijaraga bermaymiz va uchinchi tomonlar bilan quyidagi holatlardan tashqari ulashmaymiz:

4.1. Xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar

Bulutli hosting, saqlash yoki email xizmati kabi xizmatlar uchun ishonchli uchinchi tomonlarga ma’lumotlaringizni ulashishimiz mumkin. Ular sizning ma’lumotlaringizni himoya qilishga va faqat belgilangan xizmatlar uchun ishlatishga majbur.

4.2. Qonuniy talablar

Agar qonun, tartib yoki sud qarori talab qilsa, ma’lumotlaringizni oshkor qilishimiz mumkin.

4.3. Universitet bo‘limlari

Sizning ma’lumotlaringiz imtihonlarni rejalashtirish, baholarni tekshirish yoki o‘qituvchi va talabalar o‘rtasida aloqa o‘rnatish uchun universitet bo‘limlariga ulashilishi mumkin.

5. Ma’lumotlar xavfsizligi

Biz sizning shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni himoya qilish uchun shifrlash, xavfsizlik devorlari (firewall) va xavfsiz protokollardan foydalanamiz. Biroq, internet orqali ma’lumot uzatish 100% xavfsiz emas. Biz doimo tizimlarimizni yangilab, nazorat qilib boramiz.

6. Sizning huquqlaringiz

Siz quyidagi huquqlarga egasiz:

6.1. Kirish va tuzatish

O‘zingiz haqingizdagi ma’lumotlarga kirish va agar xato bo‘lsa, ularni tuzatishni so‘rash huquqiga egasiz.

6.2. Ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish

Universitetni tark etganingizda yoki ilovadan foydalanishni to‘xtatganingizda ma’lumotlaringizni o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin.

6.3. Xabarnomalardan chiqish

Ilova sozlamalaridan xabarnoma va reklama xabarlardan voz kechishingiz mumkin.

6.4. Rozilikni bekor qilish

Ayrim ma’lumotlar yig‘ilishini tasdiqlagan bo‘lsangiz, istalgan payt bekor qilishingiz mumkin. Bu holatda ilovaning ba’zi funksiyalari ishlamasligi mumkin.

6.5. Ma’lumotlarni ko‘chirish

Shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni mashinada o‘qilishi mumkin bo‘lgan formatda olishni so‘rash huquqiga egasiz.

7. Bolalar Maxfiyligi

Ilova 13 yoshdan kichik bolalar uchun mo‘ljallanmagan. Agar bunday yoshdagi bolalardan ma’lumot to‘planganligi aniqlansa, u ma’lumotlar zudlik bilan o‘chirib tashlanadi.

8. Siyosatga o‘zgartirishlar

Bu Maxfiylik siyosati vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanib turilishi mumkin. Har qanday o‘zgarish shu sahifada e’lon qilinadi. Doimiy ravishda ushbu siyosatni ko‘zdan kechirishingizni tavsiya qilamiz.

Profi Student — это бесплатное мобильное приложение («Приложение»), созданное Profi University («мы», «нас» или «наш») для предоставления образовательных услуг студентам и сотрудникам. Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности описывает, как мы собираем, используем, храним, защищаем и раскрываем вашу личную информацию при использовании Приложения.

1. Какие данные мы собираем

Мы собираем различные типы информации, чтобы предоставить вам лучший пользовательский опыт. Вот что именно мы можем собирать:

1.1 Личные данные

При создании аккаунта или использовании функций приложения, мы можем запросить следующую информацию:

• Полное имя

• Студенческий или рабочий ID

• Адрес электронной почты

• Номер телефона (необязательно)

• Дата рождения

1.2 Данные об устройстве и использовании

Мы автоматически собираем следующую информацию об устройстве:

• Тип, модель и операционная система устройства

• Уникальные идентификаторы устройства (например, IMEI, UDID, MAC-адрес)

• Данные об использовании: действия в приложении, клики, переходы по экранам, время, проведённое в конкретных разделах

1.3 Геолокация

Приложение может собирать GPS-данные, чтобы предоставлять сервисы, основанные на местоположении (например, карты кампуса, ближайшие ресурсы или уведомления о мероприятиях). Геолокация активируется только с вашего согласия и может быть отключена в настройках.

1.4 Доступ к памяти устройства

Приложение может запросить доступ к памяти устройства для загрузки или отправки учебных материалов (задания, лекции и т.д.). Эти данные защищены и используются исключительно в образовательных целях.

1.5 Камера (необязательно)

Доступ к камере может быть запрошен для сканирования QR-кодов или загрузки документов. Вы можете разрешить или отклонить доступ. Используется только для учебных и административных задач.

1.6 Интернет-соединение

Мы можем использовать интернет-соединение для синхронизации ваших академических данных с внутренними системами университета. Это необходимо для отправки уведомлений, оценок и других ресурсов.

2. Как мы используем вашу информацию

Информация используется для следующих целей:

• Управление аккаунтом: создание, подтверждение и управление вашим аккаунтом, доступ к учебному контенту

• Образовательные услуги: предоставление персонализированных материалов, заданий, оценок и обновлений

• Коммуникация: отправка уведомлений и важных сообщений (экзамены, дедлайны, новости университета)

• Персонализация: предложения по подходящим ресурсам и активностям

• Безопасность и соблюдение правил: защита приложения от злоупотреблений, соблюдение законов и внутренних политик

• Техподдержка: решение проблем, ответы на вопросы пользователей

3. Срок хранения данных

Ваши данные хранятся столько, сколько это необходимо. После окончания вашего обучения данные могут быть заархивированы или удалены по вашему запросу. Некоторые данные могут быть сохранены для юридических или аудиторских целей.

4. Передача и раскрытие данных

Мы не продаем и не передаем ваши личные данные третьим лицам, кроме следующих случаев:

4.1 Сторонние сервисы

Мы можем передавать данные надёжным партнёрам (например, хостинг, хранение данных, email-сервисы). Эти организации обязаны защищать вашу информацию.

4.2 Юридические требования

Данные могут быть раскрыты по требованию закона, суда или для защиты прав университета, студентов и сотрудников.

4.3 Внутренние отделы университета

Информация может быть доступна уполномоченным отделам для учебных и административных нужд (экзамены, оценки и т.д.).

5. Безопасность данных

Мы используем шифрование, файерволы и безопасные протоколы. Но, как и любой интернет-сервис, не можем гарантировать 100% защиту. Мы постоянно обновляем наши системы для безопасности вашей информации.

6. Ваши права

Вы имеете следующие права:

• Доступ и исправление: право узнать, какие данные мы храним, и попросить их исправить

• Удаление данных: вы можете попросить удалить ваши данные, особенно после окончания учёбы

• Отказ от уведомлений: вы можете отключить уведомления или рекламные сообщения

• Отзыв согласия: вы можете в любой момент отозвать согласие на сбор определённых данных

• Переносимость данных: вы можете запросить копию данных в структурированном формате

7. Дети

Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет. Мы не собираем данные у таких пользователей. Если такое произошло — данные будут удалены.

8. Изменения политики

Мы можем время от времени обновлять данную политику. Все изменения будут опубликованы на этой странице с обновленной датой.
