Effective date: 14.05.2026
PF Talk is a browser extension for working with Planfix chats.
What data the extension processes
PF Talk may process only the data that is necessary for the extension’s functions to work, including:
Planfix account domain;
Planfix user identifier;
technical identifier of the extension installation;
data required to open and display chats;
message text and images that the user sends through Planfix;
service data related to presence status;
local extension settings saved in the browser.
How the data is used
The data is used only for:
authorizing requests to Planfix within the current user session;
displaying the list of chats and messages;
sending messages and images through Planfix;
operating presence status features;
storing local user settings;
error diagnostics and technical support, if the user manually enables the corresponding diagnostics mode.
Disclosure of data to third parties
PF Talk does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Data may be transferred:
to Planfix — when necessary for the operation of chats, messages, and attachments;
to the PF Talk service server — only to the extent necessary for configuration, licensing, presence status, and related extension functions.
Cookies and session data
The extension uses data from the current authorized Planfix session in the browser only to perform requests on behalf of the user within Planfix. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Data storage
Some data is stored locally in the user’s browser, for example:
extension settings;
service identifiers;
cache of certain interface elements.
Data related to the operation of PF Talk server-side functions may be stored on the service server to the extent necessary for the product to function.
Diagnostics and debugging
If the user manually enables debugging mode, the extension may save technical logs of requests and responses that are necessary for troubleshooting errors. This mode is used only for diagnostics and must be enabled knowingly by the user.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or method of data storage can guarantee absolute security.

The user may:
stop using the extension at any time;
uninstall the extension;
clear the extension’s local data using browser tools;
