1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy applies to Objective List (package name: com.jvx.objectivelist), an Android application developed and published by JovegaX ("we," "us," or "our").
Objective List is a productivity application that allows users to create, organize, prioritize, track, archive, restore, and export objectives and related tasks. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.
2. INFORMATION YOU ENTER IN THE APP
Objective List allows you to enter information such as:
- Objective titles and descriptions
- Tasks and notes
- Priority and status selections
- Due dates and progress information
This content is created voluntarily by you and is stored locally on your device. JovegaX does not receive, collect, transmit, or store this content on external servers.
You should avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not necessary for using the application.
3. PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE USER DATA
Objective List does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, location, payment information, contacts, photos, health information, or other personal or sensitive information.
JovegaX does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal or sensitive user data through Objective List.
4. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
All objectives, tasks, notes, priorities, due dates, statuses, and progress information are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the application's features.
Because the data remains on your device, it may be included in device backups if backups are enabled through your operating system or device provider. Any such backup is controlled by the applicable device or backup provider and is subject to that provider's privacy practices.
5. EXPORTING AND SHARING DATA
Objective List includes an export feature. When you choose to export or share information, the action is initiated by you. The application may use Android's standard file-saving or sharing features to send the exported file to a location or third-party application selected by you.
JovegaX does not receive a copy of exported information. Once you export or share a file, its handling is controlled by you and by the selected storage provider or third-party application. You should review the privacy policy of any third-party service with which you choose to share exported information.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, ADVERTISING, AND ANALYTICS
Objective List does not include advertising services, analytics services, cloud synchronization, user-account services, or third-party software development kits designed to collect user data.
The application does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
7. DATA SECURITY
Since application data is stored locally, access to that data depends primarily on the security of your device. We recommend using a device screen lock, keeping your operating system updated, and protecting any exported files.
No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, JovegaX does not operate external servers that receive or store your Objective List content.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Information remains stored on your device until you remove the applicable content, clear Objective List's application data through Android settings, or uninstall the application.
Archived objectives remain stored locally until they are restored or otherwise removed. Exported copies must be deleted separately from the location or third-party application where you saved or shared them.
Objective List does not create user accounts, and JovegaX does not retain user data on external servers. Therefore, there is no server-based account or user data for JovegaX to delete.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Objective List is a general productivity application and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the application does not collect or transmit personal data to JovegaX, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application's features or data-handling practices change, or when required by law or Google Play policies. Any updates will be posted on the publicly available privacy-policy page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
If a future version of Objective List introduces advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, account creation, or any other feature that collects or transmits user data, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before or when that feature is released, as applicable.
