The game can be played without an internet connection.
The Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the game is played and to measure the effectiveness of Our advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
Your consent. On first launch, the Application asks whether You allow sending gameplay statistics and using Your Advertising ID. Until You answer, and if You decline, the Application does not send identifiers (the app instance ID or the Advertising ID), and Google may receive only anonymous signals without identifiers. You can change Your choice at any time on the Profile screen of the Application.
What is collected if You allow it:
Game events: levels started and finished, scores, stars, in-game coins earned and spent, skins unlocked, and tournament participation;
An app instance ID generated by Google Analytics for Firebase;
Your Device's Advertising ID;
Device type and model, operating system version, and Application version;
Approximate location (country or city level) derived by Google from Your IP address. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses;
Date and time of use and general technical information needed for the correct operation of analytics.
We do not collect Your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location through the Application, and We do not use Usage Data to identify You personally.
In-game coins are virtual items for entertainment only. They cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money. The Application does not contain in-app purchases or ads.
The Application uses internet access and the Advertising ID permission only for the analytics and advertising measurement described above, subject to Your consent.
Jumping Chicken does not require access to Your contacts, precise GPS location, phone calls, SMS messages, photographs, or camera unless a future version of the Application introduces a feature that specifically requires such access.
If any additional permission is introduced, the Application will request the appropriate permission from You before accessing that functionality.
You can reset or delete Your Advertising ID at any time in Your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the Device).
We may use information for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the Application;
To ensure that the game functions correctly;
To understand how the game is played, using aggregated statistics, and to improve it;
To measure the effectiveness of Our advertising campaigns in Google Ads, only with Your consent;
To identify and fix technical problems;
To improve performance and stability;
To provide customer support;
To respond to questions or requests sent to Us;
To protect the Application against fraud, abuse, or security threats;
To comply with applicable legal obligations;
To protect the rights and property of the Company and its users.
We do not sell Your Personal Data.
Where the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies, We process analytics and advertising measurement data on the basis of Your consent, which You can withdraw at any time on the Profile screen. We process support correspondence on the basis of Our legitimate interest in responding to Your request, and information required by law on the basis of Our legal obligations.
We may share information only in the circumstances described below.
We use Google LLC as a Service Provider for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads). Google processes this information on Our behalf in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We may use other third-party technical service providers where necessary to operate, distribute, maintain, or secure the Application. Such service providers may process limited technical information only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information associated with the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may disclose information where We believe such disclosure is necessary to:
Comply with a legal obligation;
Respond to a valid request from a court, regulator, government authority, or law enforcement agency;
Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company;
Investigate possible wrongdoing relating to the Service;
Protect the safety of users or the public;
Protect against legal liability.
We may disclose information for another purpose where You have expressly agreed to such disclosure.
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Analytics data collected through Google Analytics for Firebase is retained for up to 14 months and is then deleted automatically.
If You contact Us by email, support correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the request has been resolved where reasonably necessary for customer support, dispute resolution, security, or legal purposes.
Information may be deleted or anonymized earlier when it is no longer required.
We may retain information for longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country in which You live, including the United States, where Google operates its services.
Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in Your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, We will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of Personal Data, such as the standard contractual clauses used by Google.

You can withdraw Your consent to analytics and advertising measurement at any time on the Profile screen of the Application.
To exercise any other privacy-related right, You may contact Us using the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
We may need to verify Your request before responding.
You can delete Your data yourself:
Withdraw consent on the Profile screen: the Application stops sending identifiers and resets the analytics data stored on Your Device;
Clear the Application's data in Your Android settings or uninstall the Application: this deletes Your game progress stored on the Device;
Reset or delete Your Advertising ID in Your Android settings.
You may also request deletion of Personal Data You have voluntarily provided to Us, or of analytics data related to Your use of the Application, by contacting Us at the email address below. Because analytics data is not linked to Your name or account, We may ask You for details that help Us locate it.
Since Jumping Chicken does not require a user account to play the game, there may be no account information stored by Us to delete.
We may retain certain information where required by law or where We have another lawful reason to retain it.
The security of Your information is important to Us.
Data sent by Google Analytics for Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Jumping Chicken is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13.
If You are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided Personal Data directly to Us, please contact Us.
If We discover that We have collected Personal Data from a child without appropriate authorization, We will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Where local law establishes a higher minimum age for independent consent to processing of Personal Data, We will comply with the applicable legal requirements.
The Application is distributed through Google Play and uses Google Analytics for Firebase as described above.
Those services may independently collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms, including the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
The Company does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
We encourage You to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform or service You use.

If You follow a third-party link, You will be directed to a service that is not controlled by Us.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of every third-party service You use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When We make changes, We will publish the updated Privacy Policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
Changes become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is published unless otherwise stated.
We encourage You to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
