Global Digital Services ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile app, Global Digital Services (the "App"), handles your information. The App requests no device permissions and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.
Service request form. The App includes a "Request a Service" form where you may enter your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you're interested in, a project description, your preferred contact method, and an estimated budget.
This information is not collected, stored, or sent by the App to any server. When you tap "Send Request," the App opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to us — you decide whether to actually send it. If you send it, we receive your details as a normal email.
On-device setting. The App stores one non-personal setting on your device (whether you've completed the intro screens). It never leaves your device and is removed if you uninstall the App.
The App does not collect your location, contacts, files, device identifiers, or usage data.
We use the details in any service-request email you choose to send us only to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information or quotes, and communicate with you about your request.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Your message is delivered by your own email provider under their privacy policy. We keep request emails only as long as needed to respond to you and as required by law. You may ask us to delete an email you've sent us.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
