FitCoach is offered by DREAM AHEAD PTE. LTD. (“DREAM AHEAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how FitCoach handles information.
1. Information FitCoach Uses
Camera and pose processing. FitCoach uses your camera to detect body landmarks for rep counting, hold timing, and form guidance. Live camera frames are processed on your device. FitCoach does not record, save, or upload camera video. Temporary pose information is used during the workout session and is not stored as video.
Local profile and workout information. Your profile, preferences, workout history, body metrics, workout summaries, and progress photos are stored in FitCoach’s local app storage on your device. FitCoach uses this information to provide the app’s features and display your progress. We do not transmit this information to FitCoach servers.
Apple Health. Apple Health integration is optional. If you grant permission, FitCoach may read height, weight, date of birth, and biological sex to prefill your local profile, may import weight records for local progress views, and may write completed workouts to Apple Health. Imported values may be stored in FitCoach’s local app storage. FitCoach does not use HealthKit information for advertising or tracking and does not transmit it to FitCoach servers. You can change Health permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings.
Notifications. If you allow notifications, FitCoach schedules workout and progress-photo reminders locally on your device. We do not use a remote notification server. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings.
2. Progress Photos and Exports
Progress photos remain in FitCoach’s local app storage and the photo directory is excluded from device backup. You may delete individual photos in FitCoach. If you export a photo to Apple Photos, the exported copy is managed by Apple Photos and your device and iCloud settings; delete that copy separately in Photos if desired.
3. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics
FitCoach does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
4. Retention and Deletion
Local profile, workout, workout-summary, and body-metric data remains in the app’s storage until you delete it where the app provides controls or delete the app. Deleting FitCoach removes information that remains in its local app storage, but does not remove copies you previously exported to Apple Photos.
5. Children
FitCoach is a general fitness app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not operate an account service or transmit personal information to FitCoach servers.
6. Changes and Contact
