FitCoach is offered by DREAM AHEAD PTE. LTD. (“DREAM AHEAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how FitCoach handles information when you use the mobile application.
Information We Use
Camera and pose processing
FitCoach uses live camera frames on your device to detect body landmarks for supported exercises, rep counting, hold timing, and form guidance. Camera video is processed on device. We do not record, save, or upload camera video.
Profile, workout, and progress information
Your profile, preferences, workout history, body metrics, AI summaries, and progress photos are stored locally in the app on your device. Progress photos are excluded from device backup by the app. You can delete individual photos in FitCoach. Deleting the app removes data remaining in the app’s local storage. Exported copies in Apple Photos must be deleted separately in Apple Photos.
Apple Health
Apple Health is optional. If you grant permission, FitCoach may read height, weight, date of birth, and biological sex to prefill your local profile, import weight records for local progress views, and write completed workouts to Apple Health. FitCoach does not use HealthKit information for advertising or tracking.
AI workout summaries
AI workout and weekly summaries are Premium features. When you request a summary, FitCoach sends information needed to generate it, such as workout and set identifiers, exercise names, timestamps, duration, targets and completed repetitions or hold time, form scores, coaching-cue counts, perceived exertion, pain flags, time zone, and, for weekly summaries, height and weight when available.
FitCoach sends this information over HTTPS to its API service. The FitCoach API processes the request and does not retain AI request history after the request is completed. The API uses EasyRouter (easyrouter.io) to call the GPT-4o mini model. EasyRouter and any upstream model provider process the request under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
We do not send camera video, progress photos, Apple Health date of birth, or biological sex for AI summaries. AI summaries are general fitness information only and are not medical, diagnostic, treatment, or nutrition advice.
Subscription verification
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. To verify a Premium entitlement for AI features, FitCoach sends an installation identifier and App Store receipt data to the FitCoach API over HTTPS. This information is used to verify the entitlement and issue a short-lived access token.
Analytics and crash diagnostics
FitCoach uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may receive app interaction data, screen views, workout-flow events, feature and subscription status, app version, device information, installation identifiers, crash reports, and diagnostic information. We use this information to understand feature use, improve reliability, and investigate errors.
We do not send camera video, progress photos, or the contents of AI summary requests to Firebase. Information received by Firebase is handled under its retention policies.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide camera-guided workouts, save local progress, optionally connect Apple Health, generate AI summaries you request, verify Premium access, improve app reliability, and understand app use.
Sharing and Service Providers
We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy with service providers that help deliver, measure, analyze, or support the service. These include:
Apple, for App Store purchases and optional HealthKit integration;
Google Firebase, for analytics and crash diagnostics;
AppsFlyer, for mobile measurement, marketing attribution, and measurement of DREAM AHEAD’s own advertising and marketing campaigns;
EasyRouter and the applicable upstream model provider, for AI summaries that you request.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective policies and safeguards.
Analytics and Attribution Providers and Their Privacy Policies
We use the following providers for analytics, crash diagnostics, and marketing attribution. The information processed by each provider and the purposes of processing are described in this Privacy Policy. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Where applicable, we obtain consent or provide choices before processing information for a particular purpose. In particular, FitCoach requests Apple’s tracking permission before accessing the IDFA for tracking.
Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app where controls are available or delete the app. The FitCoach API does not retain AI request history after processing a request. Firebase retains information according to its service policies.

Children
FitCoach is a general fitness app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as FitCoach changes. We will post the updated policy and effective date on this page.
