• Purchase Information: Handled by Google Play Billing for upgrades

👉 All report-related data remains on your device only.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only within the app to:

• Create and manage reports

• Generate and export files (PDF, JPG, ZIP)

• Add optional location tags

When you choose to "Add Location," the app identifies your current address or coordinates to document exactly where the work or inspection was performed. This helps in creating professional reports with accurate site data.

• Enable sharing via system apps

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app may display ads using Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect and process:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)

• App interaction data

5. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional premium features via Google Play Billing:

• Location (Optional) → Tag reports with site addresses

This is used to automatically fill in the "Location" field in your reports, providing professional proof of where the field work was conducted.

📍 No background tracking: Location is only accessed when you explicitly click to add it.

• Internet → Ads and purchase verification

• Wake Lock → Prevent interruption during report generation

All permissions are used only for app functionality.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

• Local Storage: All data is stored on your device

• No Server Storage: We do not store data on external servers

• In-App Deletion: You can delete reports anytime

• Uninstallation: Deleting the app will permanently remove all data from your device

👉 No backup or copy is stored by the developer.

8. Data Security

• Your data remains on your device

• No server transmission reduces risk

• Third-party services use secure connections (HTTPS)

• Biometric security (PIN/Fingerprint) is handled by Android

We do not store biometric data.

9. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13.
