ChatKit: AI Chatbot Assistant ("we," "us," or "our") provides a sophisticated AI platform supporting text, image, and multimodal interactions. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict practices regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

Strict Storage & Deletion Policy:
On-Device: Message history and active session drafts are cached locally on your device to enable instant loading and seamless user experience.
On-Server: To facilitate features like streaming responses, "Regenerate Response," and "Retry on Connection Failure," prompts are temporarily processed through our secure servers.
Uninstallation Purge: We do not maintain historical archives of your chats on our servers separate from your active app installation. If you uninstall or delete the App from your device, all associated session contents, local caches, and temporary server-side components are immediately, permanently, and irreversibly deleted. No data is retained on our infrastructure post-uninstallation.
What We Collect: Real-time streaming tokens, interactive interaction logs (e.g., triggering "Stop Generation," "Retry," or "Regenerate"), and configuration choices (e.g., selecting specific models for the "Model Comparison" view).
How We Collect It: Automatically via native app lifecycle events and API connection managers during an active session.
Detailed Use: To manage technical API infrastructure, minimize latency via streaming protocols, and efficiently coordinate simultaneous API responses when comparing models side-by-side.
What We Collect: Device hardware model, Operating System (iOS) version, preferred system language, time zone, and anonymized application crash logs (e.g., memory overloads during heavy image processing).
How We Collect It: Automatically through the sandboxed iOS environment upon app initialization.
Detailed Use: To maintain application stability, automatically adapt UI layouts to your language/device, and perform technical debugging. This data is completely decoupled from your identity.
To deliver advanced artificial intelligence capabilities, ChatKit securely routes your text and image Prompts to premier external AI infrastructure providers.
DATA PRIVACY GUARANTEE: Based on the official standard Developer API Terms of Service provided by OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, all user data submitted through their API technical endpoints is strictly isolated and is NEVER used by these third parties to train, fine-tune, or improve their public foundation or large language models (LLMs).

Pursuant to Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i), we formally verify that all named third-party AI service providers maintain enterprise-grade commercial privacy frameworks and infrastructure security parameters (including encryption in transit and rest) that provide the same or equal protection as established in this Privacy Policy. Per their standard API retention policies, data is temporarily retained by these providers for a maximum of 30 days strictly for data integrity and abuse-prevention monitoring, after which it is permanently deleted.

Deletion of Chat History: You can instantly clear your local and temporary server-cached message history by clicking the "Clear Chat" icon or clearing individual logs in the conversation menu.
Local Cache Management: Session drafts and temporary image caches can be immediately cleared by ending the active chat session or resetting the application cache via Settings > Storage.
Absolute Erasure (Uninstallation): Because your data is tied strictly to your app instance, deleting/uninstalling the App acts as an absolute data erasure request. Upon uninstallation, all user data is fully wiped from both the local device and our temporary server cache.
Tracking Opt-Out: ChatKit strictly respects the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can grant or revoke analytics tracking permissions at any time via your device's native system (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > ChatKit).
We implement stringent technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information:
Encryption in Transit: All communications between the App, our secure servers, and the third-party AI provider endpoints are mandated to use Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocols.
Data Minimization Advice: While we secure your inputs using enterprise-grade encryption, the chat environment is designed for interactive AI assistance. We strictly advise users not to input highly sensitive credentials, such as plain-text passwords, government identity numbers, or financial bank account details into the chat.
Age Restriction: ChatKit is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly target or collect personal identifier data from minors. If we discover that an individual under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will execute immediate erasure protocols.
Global Standards: Our operations align with global data protection principles, ensuring transparency, user control, data minimization, and secure cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
