This document outlines our Privacy Policy and sets forth the legal copyright terms for Bvr World Remastered (the "Game") across VR platforms, including the Meta Horizon Store.

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy, and you acknowledge our intellectual property rights.

The Game, including all associated software code, artwork, game assets, audio, levels, design, and trademarks (including BVR STUDIOS and Bvr World Remastered), are the exclusive property of BVR STUDIOS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, decompiling, reverse engineering, broadcasting of cracked versions, or creation of unauthorized modifications of the Game is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action and digital copyright takedowns.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data that can directly identify you (such as your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address). However, to provide functional multiplayer features and commerce features, we handle the following types of information:

Platform User Identifiers: We receive a unique, anonymized user ID from the Meta platform (such as your Meta Organization Scoped ID). This is used solely to authenticate your account and save your progress.
In-App Purchases & Commerce: When you purchase downloadable content, add-ons, or in-game items, all transaction data is processed securely through the Meta Horizon platform. We do not collect or store your billing information or payment methods.
Game Data & Progress: We use cloud backend services (including Microsoft PlayFab) to securely store non-personal gameplay data, including your in-game currency, unlocked cosmetics, high scores, and custom settings.
Voice and Interaction Data: The Game features real-time, proximity-based multiplayer voice chat. While this audio data is processed in real-time to connect you with other players, we do not record, log, or store your voice chat audio on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected anonymized data strictly for the following purposes:

To authenticate your identity on the platform and log you into multiplayer servers.
To process and deliver optional digital add-ons, custom cosmetics, player statistics, and progression.
To monitor, optimize, and maintain server performance and fix technical bugs.

Third-Party Services

To deliver a stable multiplayer experience, we partner with trusted third-party service providers. These services process your anonymized data securely and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose:

Meta Platforms, Inc.: For user authentication, in-app commerce processing, and platform distribution.
Microsoft PlayFab: For secure storage of game saves, inventories, and cloud data.
Photon / Unity Gaming Services: For multiplayer room synchronization and networking infrastructure.

Children's Privacy

Our Game complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, your account must be managed via the platform's parental control systems (such as the Meta Family Center).

If we discover that an unmanaged account has transmitted personal information for a user under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your anonymized game save data for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to have your saved game data, cosmetics, and account registry completely deleted from our PlayFab backend, please contact us via the support details below with your platform username.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy and terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage players to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
