Privacy Policy for Binvora: Inventory Manager

Meyadwail (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Binvora mobile application.
Binvora is an offline inventory, stock, sales, transaction, and business notes management application designed for Android devices.
We respect your privacy and have designed Binvora to operate without accounts, advertisements, analytics, tracking, or cloud-based data storage.
1. Information We Collect
Binvora does not collect personal information or sensitive user data.
The application does not collect, transmit, or store on our servers information such as:
Your name
Email address
Phone number
Physical address
Precise or approximate location
Contacts
Photos, videos, or audio files
Device identifiers
Advertising identifiers
Financial account information
Login credentials
Usage analytics
Crash analytics
Inventory or business records
Binvora does not require users to create an account or sign in.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Information entered into Binvora is stored locally on your Android device.

These operations are performed locally on your device.

Binvora does not sell, rent, disclose, or share user information with third parties.
Because the application does not transmit user data to us, we do not share inventory records, business information, or other application content with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or external service providers.
5. Advertising and Tracking
Binvora does not contain advertisements.
The application does not use:

Analytics services
Tracking technologies
User profiling
Behavioral advertising
Marketing attribution tools
Your activity inside Binvora is not tracked by us.
6. Internet and Network Communication
Binvora is designed to work offline.
The application does not require an internet connection for its core functionality and does not upload your inventory information to remote servers.
Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process limited information when you download, install, update, or manage the application. Such processing is controlled by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy practices, not this Privacy Policy.
7. Android Permissions
Binvora does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as:

Microphone
Contacts
Phone
SMS
Call logs
Photos or videos
Audio files
Nearby devices
Notifications
Calendar
Health information
If the application’s permissions change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated before the relevant functionality is released.
8. Data Storage and Security
Application data is stored locally using storage provided by the Android operating system.
Binvora does not transmit your inventory records to our servers. The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device, including your device password, screen lock, operating-system protections, and access granted to other people.
Users should protect their devices with an appropriate screen lock and avoid giving unauthorized individuals access to the device.
No electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Binvora minimizes privacy risks by avoiding remote collection and transmission of user data.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Binvora retains information locally for as long as the application remains installed and its application data is preserved on your device.
You can delete your locally stored information by:
Using the Clear All App Data option inside Binvora
Clearing Binvora’s storage through Android device settings
Uninstalling the application
Deleting application data or uninstalling Binvora may permanently remove your products, transactions, notes, and preferences.
Because we do not receive or store your information on our servers, there is no remote account or server-side user database for us to delete.
10. Data Backup
Binvora is intended to keep its application records locally on the user’s device.
The application does not provide its own cloud backup or synchronization service.
Device manufacturers, Android system services, or user-configured backup services may operate independently from Binvora. Users are responsible for reviewing and controlling backup options available through their device or operating-system settings.
11. Third-Party Services
Binvora does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, authentication, social-networking, or cloud-storage services.
The application may use software libraries required for local functionality, interface rendering, local database storage, and Android compatibility. These libraries are not used by us to collect or transmit personal information.
12. Children’s Privacy
Binvora is a general-purpose inventory management utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults because the application does not collect personal information from its users.
13. International Users
Binvora does not operate a server-based user database and does not transfer application data internationally.
Information entered into the application remains under the user’s control on their device, subject to device-level services and settings independently managed by the user, Google, Android, or the device manufacturer.
14. Your Privacy Choices
You remain in control of the information stored in Binvora.
You may:
Choose what information to enter
Edit or delete products and notes
Delete eligible records
Clear all locally stored application data
Uninstall the application at any time
Binvora does not require marketing consent because it does not send marketing communications or perform advertising tracking.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Binvora’s features, technical implementation, legal obligations, or data practices change.
Any updated version will include a revised effective date and will be made available through the application and its Google Play listing where required.
We will not introduce data collection, sharing, advertising, analytics, or sensitive permissions without updating the relevant disclosures and complying with applicable Google Play requirements.
