Privacy Policy for Feeblik

This Privacy Policy explains how Feeblik ("We," "Us," "Company") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app Feeblik ("Service"). We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), COPPA (USA),PIPA(South Korea) and other laws.
Age Restriction: Feeblik is intended for users aged 13 and older, as indicated in Google Play. If you are under 13, please do not use the app without your parent’s permission. By using the Service, you confirm you are 13 or older or have parental consent.
In South Korea, users under the age of 14 must obtain parental consent for data processing. If you are under 14, please do not use the app without parental permission.
1. Data Collection and Use
Types of Data:
Personal Data (Users 13+ Only):
Nickname: You provide this for the leaderboard after confirming you’re 13+.
Country: Determined from your device settings or IP address when you access the leaderboard.
Anonymous Data (Users Under 13):
If you’re under 13, you get an automatic nickname (e.g., "Feeblik-C137") and country for the leaderboard. No personal data is collected.
Usage Data:
IP address, device type, operating system, usage time, and app interactions.
AdMob Data:
Google AdMob collects device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and approximate location (if enabled) to show personalized ads.
Ads are rated T (Teen), suitable for ages 13+. Due to technical limitations, personalized ads may be shown to all users, including those under 13.
Age Gate for Leaderboard:
Before accessing the leaderboard, we ask: "Are you 13 or older?"
13+ (Confirmed): You can enter a nickname, and your country is determined. Your nickname, score, and country are uploaded to the leaderboard if space is available. Offensive nicknames are not allowed; we may remove them upon request and are not responsible for their misuse.
Under 13: You get an automatic nickname (e.g., "Feeblik-F127"), and your country is determined. This anonymous data is uploaded to the leaderboard if space is available.
Your age is saved on your device to avoid repeat prompts.
Purposes of Use:
Display nickname, score, and country on the leaderboard.
Show personalized ads via AdMob.
Analyze usage to improve the app.
Comply with laws (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA).
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Feeblik is designed for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (USA).
The leaderboard uses an age gate to limit personal data collection.
AdMob may show personalized ads to all users, including those under 13, which requires parental consent under COPPA. If you’re under 13, please get your parent’s permission before using the app.

3. Your Rights
GDPR (EU): Access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to data processing, and request data portability. Email prytaleks2@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.
CCPA (California): Know what data is collected, delete it, or opt out of sales (we don’t sell data). Email prytaleks2@gmail.com; we respond within 45 days.
Delete Leaderboard Data: Email prytaleks2@gmail.com to remove your nickname, score, or country from the leaderboard.
4. Data Sharing
Service Providers:
Third-party leaderboard service: Stores nickname, score, and country (for 13+) or anonymous data (under 13) when you access the leaderboard.
Google AdMob: Processes data for personalized ads (see Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy).
International Transfers: Data may be transferred outside the EU/USA (e.g., to Ukraine) using GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Disclosure: We share data as required by law, to protect our rights, or during a merger/asset sale.
5. Data Security

Data on your device (nickname, age, score) is protected by your device’s security settings.
AdMob and usage data are secured by Google’s measures.
6. Data Retention
Leaderboard Data: Stored on your device until you delete it or reset the app. On the leaderboard, data is kept while you’re listed or until you request deletion.
Anonymous Data (Under 13): Retained similarly, without identifying individuals.
AdMob Data: Kept per Google’s policy.
Usage Data: Kept short-term unless required by law.

The Service links to Google AdMob and leaderboard service policies. We’re not responsible for their practices.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new date and announced via email or in the app.
