FastExample (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains, in a general way, what information may be collected when you use the App, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.

FastExample does not require you to provide personal details such as your real name, phone number, or home address in order to use the core features of the App.
However, to operate the App and provide its features, we may collect and process limited information, such as:
general app, device, and subscription-related identifiers;
subscription or purchase status;
usage and activity records;
technical, operational, and security-related information;
limited network-related information used to maintain functionality, protect the service, and prevent misuse.
Text you submit in the App may be processed to provide the feature you request. We do not store submitted text in our own application database after processing. However, text you submit may be sent to and processed by third-party service providers that support AI features and speech generation, as necessary to provide the requested feature
Any information we collect may be used to:
provide and improve App features;
support optional paid features;
maintain functionality, reliability, and security;
enforce usage limits and prevent misuse;
monitor performance and operational health;
troubleshoot issues and improve the user experience.
The App may use trusted third-party service providers to help provide certain features, process subscriptions, support app functionality, host backend systems, and maintain security and operational functions.
These providers may process limited information as necessary to deliver their services to us, including text submitted for AI features, text submitted for speech features, and app user or subscription-related identifiers used to verify subscription status and entitlements.
By using the App, you acknowledge that certain features may involve processing by third-party service providers as described in this Privacy Policy. Such providers may have their own privacy policies, terms, and data-handling practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
FastExample may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by the platform you use, such as Apple or Google, or related service providers. We do not store your payment card details.
We may receive limited information confirming the status of a purchase, subscription, or entitlement in order to enable paid features.
We may use limited technical, operational, and security-related information to help protect the App, maintain service integrity, detect misuse, and prevent abuse or unusually high automated activity.
We may also use network-related security measures for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address in our abuse-prevention database record.
We retain limited operational, subscription, security, and usage-related records only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, provide features, maintain security, support subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
This may include app-related identifiers, subscription status, quota and usage counters, hashed network-based abuse-prevention records, and internal operational or cost-monitoring records.
Some information processed by third-party service providers may be retained for a limited period under their own security, abuse-prevention, legal, or operational retention practices.
The App may store certain data locally on your device, such as saved content, preferences, history, or similar app data.
In general, standard app data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. However, some system-managed data may persist depending on platform behavior.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or legal requirements. Any updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
