At Fahs, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it.
Account data: email address and login information via Supabase Auth.
Vehicle data: make, model, year, OBD2 code, and any data you enter for inspection and diagnostics purposes.
Uploaded photos: photos of your vehicle or spare parts captured via camera or chosen from your gallery for AI analysis, stored securely on Supabase servers.
Location data: used only to detect trip start/end, calculate distance and speed, and provide speed alerts. Your location coordinates are never stored or uploaded to our servers.
Usage and billing data: your inspection history, Owida Coins balance, and subscription status (managed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store).
Support data: any messages or support tickets you send us.
To provide inspection, diagnostic, and AI-generated report services.
To manage your account, coin balance, and subscriptions.
To improve service quality and fix technical issues.
To communicate with you regarding support or important updates.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share limited data only with service providers necessary to operate the app:
Supabase: for secure account storage, database, and photo storage.
AI providers (via OpenRouter): only the data/image required for the requested analysis is sent, and it is not used to train models without permission.
RevenueCat and Apple: to manage in-app subscriptions and payments.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted database-level access (Row Level Security), and temporary, signed access links for sensitive photos to protect them from unauthorized access.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request full deletion of your account and data from within the app or by emailing us at the address below, and deletion will be completed within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable regulations.
Our app is not intentionally directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, request its deletion, or object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time, and you will be notified of any material change within the app.
