• In-app content: projects, proposals, chat messages, reviews — stored in Google Cloud Firestore.

• Technical identifiers: device ID / push token for Firebase Cloud Messaging (used only to send notifications).

• Diagnostics data: crash logs, stack traces, essential device information (model, OS version) — via Firebase Crashlytics.

• Aggregated analytics data: anonymized app usage events (e.g. project creation, proposal submission, chat message) — via Firebase Analytics.

No personalized advertising is shown.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Service delivery (chat, projects, notifications): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract.

• Security and stability (Crashlytics): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest.

• Product improvement / aggregated analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) consent or Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest (depending on your consent choice).

• Authentication (Google / Apple / email): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract.

4. Data Retention

• Account and in-app content: kept until you delete your account or request deletion.

• Crash and analytics logs: stored for the default retention periods set by Firebase.

5. Data Recipients and Transfers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Google/Firebase (data centers in the EU/EEA and, if needed, transfers outside the EU under standard contractual clauses).
