Để chụp ảnh phục vụ các chức năng xác thực, đối chiếu khuôn mặt và kiểm tra thông tin.

To allow users to select images from their device when necessary.
Các hình ảnh chỉ được sử dụng cho mục đích đã nêu trong chính sách này.

Ứng dụng có thể thu thập ảnh khuôn mặt và ảnh giấy tờ định danh nhằm mục đích xác minh danh tính, đối chiếu khuôn mặt, kiểm tra liveness, phòng chống gian lận, kiểm tra giao dịch và lập báo cáo xác thực.
Ảnh khuôn mặt và ảnh xác thực được lưu dưới dạng Base64 cùng với thông tin giao dịch xác thực.
Dữ liệu khuôn mặt được lưu để khách hàng doanh nghiệp có thể:
• Xem lại lịch sử và báo cáo xác thực.
• Đối soát kết quả xác thực với hệ thống nội bộ.
• Điều tra tranh chấp, gian lận hoặc yêu cầu kiểm tra.
• Nhận hỗ trợ liên quan đến giao dịch xác thực.
Dữ liệu khuôn mặt được lưu tối đa 90 ngày kể từ thời điểm giao dịch xác thực hoàn tất và được đối soát với hệ thống khách hàng.
Thời gian lưu 90 ngày là cần thiết để phục vụ việc báo cáo, kiểm tra, đối soát nghiệp vụ, xử lý tranh chấp và điều tra gian lận.
Khách hàng doanh nghiệp có quyền yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào. Sau khi nhận được yêu cầu hợp lệ, dữ liệu sẽ được xóa vĩnh viễn.
Sau khi hết thời gian lưu trữ, toàn bộ dữ liệu khuôn mặt và hình ảnh xác thực sẽ được tự động xóa khỏi hệ thống.
The application may collect facial images and identity document images solely for identity verification, face matching, liveness detection, fraud prevention, audit review, and verification reporting purposes.
Facial images and verification images are stored in encoded Base64 format together with verification transaction records.
Face data is retained solely to allow enterprise customers to:
• Review verification history and reports.
• Reconcile verification results with their internal systems.
• Investigate disputes, fraud cases, and audit requests.
• Receive customer support related to verification transactions.
Face data is retained for a maximum period of ninety (90) days after the verification transaction has been completed and reconciled with the customer's systems.
The 90-day retention period is necessary to allow sufficient time for reporting, auditing, operational reconciliation, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation processes.
Enterprise customers may request deletion of verification records and associated face data at any time. Upon receiving a valid request, the data will be permanently deleted.
After the retention period expires, all face data and associated verification images are automatically and permanently removed from our systems.

CNX BizVerify does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose user information for advertising or commercial purposes.

CNX BizVerify không sử dụng dịch vụ nhận diện khuôn mặt, xử lý sinh trắc học hoặc đối chiếu khuôn mặt của bên thứ ba.
CNX BizVerify does not use third-party face recognition, biometric processing, or face matching services.
Dữ liệu khuôn mặt chỉ được xử lý và lưu trữ trên hệ thống do CNX Group quản lý.
Face data is processed and stored only on systems operated and managed by CNX Group.
Không có tổ chức bên thứ ba nào được phép sử dụng dữ liệu khuôn mặt cho mục đích riêng của họ.
No third party is permitted to use collected face data for its own purposes.
