This Privacy Policy explains how CNA Practice Test & Exam Prep ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. The App is a study and practice-test tool for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam, published by Smoli OU. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information stored on your device
The App is designed to work locally. Your study progress, quiz history, bookmarks, selected exam date, reminder times, and app settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us or to any server we control. If you uninstall the App, this data is removed with it.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and 6-month). Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive or store your payment card details. To manage purchases, validate subscription status, and restore purchases, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription infrastructure provider. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Google Play account settings.
3. Analytics and diagnostics
To understand how the App is used and to fix crashes and improve stability, we use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). These tools may collect app usage events, approximate/aggregated usage data, device and operating-system information, and crash diagnostics, associated with a non-identifying app instance identifier. 4. How we use information
We use the information above only to: provide the App's features, process and restore subscriptions, keep the App stable and secure, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The App does not display ads.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google Play, RevenueCat, Google Firebase) strictly to provide the App's functionality, and where required by law.
6. Data retention
On-device data remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Purchase and analytics data held by our service providers is retained according to their respective policies.
7. Children's privacy
The App is intended for adults preparing for professional certification and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
We rely on the security measures of the platforms and providers named above. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
