This Privacy Policy explains what information ChIkn Era (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use the ChIkn Era mobile application (the “App”), why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have—especially how to withdraw consent and delete your data using an in-app feature.

1) Device or Other IDs (Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID)
What: Google Advertising ID (AAID) or similar device advertising identifier.
Where used: Google AdMob (ads + measurement), aggregated analytics.
2) App Performance & Diagnostics (Crash/technical logs)
What: crash logs, error reports, device/app technical info related to crashes (not your messages/content).
Where used: Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix bugs.
3) App Interaction / Analytics (usage statistics)
What: anonymous or pseudonymous events such as screen views, session duration, app feature usage, general device/app metadata.
Where used: Firebase Analytics to improve usability and stability.
If the App allows you to create a profile or store preferences, we may store:
Nickname / display name (if you set it)
Profile photo / avatar (if you upload it)
App preferences / settings (e.g., sound, language, gameplay settings)
If a specific item is not used in your current version of the App, remove it from this section to match reality.
We use the data above to:
Run and maintain the App (core functionality).
Monitor performance and fix crashes (diagnostics).
Understand usage trends to improve features and UX (analytics).
Serve and measure ads (AdMob), including frequency capping, ad reporting, and (if enabled) personalized ads.
Provide support and respond to requests you send us.
Some processing is necessary to operate the App (security, stability, basic functionality).
Analytics and personalized ads (if used) are handled with user choice/consent where applicable, and you can change your choice anytime (see Section 8).
We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with trusted processors that help us operate the App:
Google AdMob (ads + ad measurement) – may receive Advertising ID and limited device info.
Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics) – receives app interaction events/statistics.
Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting) – receives crash logs/diagnostics.
We may also share information:
If required by law or valid legal request.
During business transfer (merger/acquisition), with notice when required.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above:
Advertising ID usage/measurement: up to 24 months (or shorter if you reset the ID / delete data).
Crash reports (Crashlytics): approximately 90 days.
Analytics (Firebase Analytics): up to 14 months (typical analytics retention).
Local app profile/preferences: kept until you delete them using the in-app deletion feature (Section 8).
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, including:
Encryption in transit: network communications (ads/analytics) use TLS 1.2+.
Device protection: local data is stored in the Android app sandbox, which limits access by other apps.
Access control: only authorized access to diagnostics/analytics dashboards.
Data minimization: we collect only what is needed for the purposes listed.
No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.
The App provides privacy controls in: Settings → Privacy (or similar). From there you can:
Turn off Analytics (Firebase Analytics collection).
Turn off Personalized Ads (if the App offers this option).
IMPORTANT (implementation requirement): These toggles must actually disable SDK collection where possible (e.g., disable analytics collection and limit ad personalization signals).
You can also control ads at OS level:
Android Settings → Privacy → Ads

Opt out of personalized ads (options vary by Android version)
The App includes a working deletion feature:
Settings → Account / Privacy → “Delete Account & Data”
When you use Delete Account & Data, we delete (where applicable):
nickname/display name
profile photo/avatar
stored preferences/settings
locally stored app data
What may remain:
Some aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
Records that we must keep for legal or security reasons (limited and only as required).
If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion by emailing:

Include: App name, device model, and (if applicable) your in-app nickname so we can locate your data.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (for example, where Google servers operate). We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards for such transfers.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
The App may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, notify you in the App.

ऐप नाम, डिवाइस मॉडल, और (यदि हो) आपका इन-ऐप निकनेम लिखें।
डेटा अन्य देशों में भी प्रोसेस हो सकता है (जैसे Google सर्वर लोकेशन)। हम उचित सुरक्षा उपाय अपनाते हैं।
यह ऐप 13 वर्ष से कम बच्चों के लिए नहीं है। यदि हमें पता चलता है कि हमने ऐसा डेटा लिया है, तो हम उसे हटाते हैं।
थर्ड-पार्टी साइटों की गोपनीयता नीतियों के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
हम समय-समय पर नीति अपडेट कर सकते हैं। “अंतिम अपडेट” तारीख बदली जाएगी और आवश्यक होने पर ऐप में सूचना दी जाएगी।
