Building Solution Services ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Building Solution Services mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
The App collects the following information that you provide voluntarily:
Profile information: Name, email address, phone number (optional, saved locally on your device)
Service request details: Property address, property type, service type, package preference, preferred date and time, and any additional notes you include
To pre-fill service request emails that you send to us through your device's email application
To save your profile locally so you don't have to re-enter your details for future requests
To store your service request history locally on your device for your reference
Local storage only: All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your personal information.
Email delivery: When you submit a service request, the App opens your email app (e.g., Gmail) and composes an email containing your details. You decide when to send that email. The data is transmitted only when you tap send in your email app, and it goes directly to our company email address.
No third-party sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising.
The App may request the following permissions:
Network state: To check connectivity (e.g., when determining app functionality)
Email/mailto: To open your preferred email application so you can send service requests
The App does not access your contacts, camera, location, or other sensitive data beyond what you type into the App.
You can delete your profile at any time using the "Delete Profile" option in the Profile screen. This removes your saved name, email, and phone number from your device.
Service request history is stored in the App's local database. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data from your device.
The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
