This document describes how information is handled when you use the BracketLab Match mobile application (the “Application”).
The Application is provided by Flor Chaisson (the “Service Provider”) as a free service and is offered on an “AS IS” basis.
By installing or using the Application, you agree to the practices outlined below.
This notice explains what types of information may be collected, how that information is used, and what rights you have regarding your use of the Application.
When you download and use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
Pages or screens accessed within the Application
Date, time, and duration of visits
Time spent using the Application
Mobile operating system and device type
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
The Service Provider may use collected information in order to:
Maintain and improve the Application
Respond to support requests
Provide operational updates or legally required notices
Send occasional service-related communications or promotional messages
For enhanced functionality, the Service Provider may request additional personally identifiable information. Any such information will be retained and handled in accordance with this notice.
Only anonymized and aggregated information may be periodically shared with external partners for analytical or improvement purposes.

To protect legal rights, user safety, or investigate suspected fraud
To trusted vendors who assist in operating the Application and who are contractually bound to confidentiality obligations
You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard removal process or through the application marketplace.
User-provided information will be kept for as long as the Application remains in use and for a reasonable period afterward.

The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Application is not designed to collect information from children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from minors and encourages parents or guardians to supervise children’s digital activity.
If a child is believed to have submitted personal information, please contact florchaissonk955@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken.
In certain jurisdictions, users must be at least 16 years old to consent to personal information processing unless parental approval is provided.
The Service Provider applies reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect stored information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
The Application may rely on third-party tools or services for analytics, hosting, or performance monitoring.
Such services are only granted access to limited information necessary to perform their functions and must comply with applicable confidentiality obligations.
This notice may be revised from time to time.
Any updates will be published within the Application or on the same page where this notice appears.
Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
