1. COPE
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of information in connection with the mobile applications published by Blue Play Moon ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play (the "Applications"). It describes the categories of information processed, the parties involved in that processing, and the rights available to users. The Applications are provided free of charge and are supported by advertising.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not request, collect or store personal information. We do not operate accounts, forms, analytics or tracking technologies of our own, and we maintain no user database. The Applications integrate a third-party advertising software development kit (SDK). Through that SDK, our advertising partners collect and process the following categories of information for the purposes of delivering, capping, attributing and measuring advertisements: (a) advertising identifiers and other device identifiers; (b) device type, model, manufacturer and operating system version; (c) IP address and derived country-level location; (d) language and time zone settings; (e) advertising interaction data, including impressions, views and clicks; (f) technical, diagnostic and performance data. This information is collected directly by those partners. We do not receive, store or have access to it.
3. ADVERTISING
Advertising in the Applications is delivered through Unity LevelPlay, an advertising mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies. LevelPlay serves advertising from Unity Ads and from additional advertising networks that it mediates. Unity Technologies and the mediated networks act as independent controllers of the information they collect and process it in accordance with their own privacy policies. 4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Applications rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: - Unity Technologies — game engine and Unity LevelPlay advertising; - Google LLC — Google Play distribution and Google Play services.
5. LEGAL BASIS AND CONSENT
Where required by applicable law, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalised advertising is processed on the basis of consent. A consent request is presented within the Applications on first launch. Consent may be withdrawn or modified at any time through the device settings. Withdrawing consent does not remove advertising from the Applications; it limits the extent to which such advertising is personalised.
6. USER RIGHTS
Users may reset or delete their advertising identifier at any time through the device settings, under Google > Ads, which prevents that identifier from being associated with prior activity. Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of information relating to them, and to data portability. As we do not hold personal information, such requests should be directed to the advertising provider identified in section 3. We will assist in directing any request submitted to us. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the advertising processing described above.
7. CHILDREN
The Applications are not directed to children. They are intended for users aged 13 and over, are rated accordingly, and are not enrolled in the Google Play Designed for Families programme. We do not knowingly collect or process any information relating to children under 13, and we do not direct advertising to children. If a parent or guardian believes that information relating to a child has been collected by one of the advertising partners identified in section 3, they may contact us at the address in section 12 and we will assist in submitting a deletion request to that partner.
8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The third parties identified above may process information on servers located outside the user's country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area, subject to the transfer safeguards described in their respective privacy policies.
9. RETENTION
We retain no information. Information collected by our advertising partners is retained in accordance with their own retention policies.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any revision will be published on this page together with a new effective date. Continued use of the Applications following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
