Washington Renovations Limited provides property renovation, electrical, plumbing and heating, and repair services. The website and App let you submit appointment requests and view reservation information stored in our systems.

Identity & contact: full name, email address, phone number;
Booking details: service type, preferred date and time, job address, and optional message;
Technical data: interactions necessary to operate the service (e.g. timestamps associated with your request).
We do not require you to create a login account. We do not knowingly collect special category data beyond what you choose to include in the message field.

process and manage appointment requests;

We use Google Firebase (including Cloud Firestore) to store and synchronise reservation data. Data is processed by Google LLC / its affiliates as described in Google’s privacy documentation. Firebase may process device and diagnostic data as part of providing the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your booking data for third-party advertising.
We retain reservation and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your request, manage our relationship with you, and meet legal, tax, or warranty requirements. You may ask us to delete or correct information where applicable law allows.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Our services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, your information may be processed in countries outside your region, including the United States, where Google operates infrastructure. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards where required (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
