# YouTube Modesty Filter — Terms of Use

By installing or using YouTube Modesty Filter (the “Extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

## What the Extension does

The Extension analyzes video frames locally in your browser and draws a configurable overlay over estimated arm, hand, and leg locations. It may miss, misidentify, or inconsistently cover areas. It detects body landmarks, not exposed skin. Do not rely on it to block, identify, or guarantee the concealment of any particular content.

## No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Extension is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and contributors will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or related to the installation, use, inability to use, or performance of the Extension. This exclusion includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages; loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business; and any content that the Extension fails to detect or cover, even if advised that such damages or losses were possible.

Where applicable law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
