We use collected or user-provided information for the following purposes:

5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
• performance of the service requested by the user
• user consent when entering information or enabling features and permissions
• legitimate interests in maintaining app security, preventing abuse, and supporting technical operations
• compliance with legal obligations where applicable
6. Permissions the App May Request
The app may request certain permissions depending on the features used by the user.
First: Contacts Permission
The app may use a Contact Picker or limited contact-related permission only to allow the user to directly select a client phone number or specific contact detail from their device when the user chooses to do so .
The purpose of this feature is:
• to simplify selecting a client phone number or contact detail
• to reduce manual entry and input errors
• to use only the contact data explicitly chosen by the user when needed
The app does not automatically collect the user’s full contact list, and it does not upload or store the entire address book on our servers merely for using this feature. Access is limited to the contact data explicitly selected by the user through the picker or as required for the requested in-app function.
Second: Storage or File Access Permission
This may be used to save:
• backups
• reports
• exported files
• files the user chooses to save, download, or share
Third: Camera or Photo Access, if applicable
This may be used to add a logo, profile image, or other image selected by the user inside the app.
These permissions are used only when needed to support a feature the user chooses to use.
7. Local Storage on the Device
The app may save part of the data locally on the user’s device using local databases such as SQLite, secure storage, or similar technologies.
This may include:
• client records
• transactions
• expenses
• settings
• preferred language
• temporary or operational app data
Local data remains on the user’s device unless deleted by the user, removed through app deletion, or cleared through available data-reset options.
8. Cloud Storage and Firebase Services
If the user enables cloud sync or account-based features, some data may be stored or processed using Google Firebase services, such as:
• Firebase Authentication
• Cloud Firestore
• Firebase Storage
• other related technical services required for app operation or security
Cloud-stored data may include:
• account data
• business identity data
• client, order, expense, and transaction records
• images such as logos
• information necessary to synchronize data between devices or restore access after sign-in
Cloud data is linked to the user account and user identifier, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections according to the technical infrastructure in use.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Information may only be shared in the following limited situations:
• with Firebase or technical service providers when needed to operate the app, provide sync, or enable storage
• when the user chooses to export, save, or manually share a file or report
• if required by law or in response to a valid legal obligation or lawful request
• when necessary to protect our rights, protect users, prevent abuse, address fraud, or respond to security risks
10. User-Initiated File and Report Sharing
The app may allow users to generate files, reports, documents, or backups and manually share them.
In such cases:
• the user decides whether to generate, export, or share the file
• we do not control the recipient once the file leaves the app
• the user is responsible for sharing files only with appropriate recipients
11. Security Measures
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Security measures may include:
• user authentication
• account-linked data segregation
• use of technical identifiers or Device ID where necessary for security
• encryption in transit
• cloud security rules
• mechanisms intended to reduce unauthorized access
However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:
• local data may remain on the user’s device until deleted by the user or by removing the app
• cloud data may remain linked to the user account for as long as the account exists or the service remains enabled
• support data or technical logs may be kept for a reasonable period for troubleshooting, documentation, or security purposes
• when an account is deleted, associated data is deleted according to the app’s deletion mechanisms and service architecture, subject to any short technical delay or temporary backup process if applicable
13. Account and Data Deletion
Users may be able to delete their account from within the app, where that feature is available.
Account deletion may include:
• deletion of the account from the authentication service
• deletion of related cloud data from Firestore
• deletion of related files or images from Firebase Storage
• disabling future access to the deleted data
Please note:
• deleted data may not be recoverable
• some local data may need to be deleted separately from the device if the app is not removed or local files are retained
• some deletion operations may require a short technical period to complete fully
14. User Rights
Depending on applicable law and the nature of app use, users may have rights related to their data, including:
• the right to access their data
• the right to correct or update data
• the right to delete data
• the right to disable cloud sync where available
• the right to request a copy of their data, where technically supported
• the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing where legally applicable
• the right to withdraw consent for processing based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing
To exercise these rights, users may contact us using the email listed in this policy.
15. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13.
16. External Services and Links
The app may include or enable access to external services, platforms, or device-based features, such as:
• Google Firebase services
• sharing apps
• email, contacts, or storage providers depending on device functions
Such services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties outside the app.
17. Cookies and Tracking
The app does not use browser-style cookies in the traditional sense within the mobile app itself, and we may not use external advertising trackers.
However, some technical infrastructure providers or backend services may use technical identifiers or operational signals necessary for security, functionality, analytics, or crash detection.
18. International Data Transfers
Because cloud services or technical providers may operate in multiple countries, some information may be processed or stored outside the user’s country.
By using the app or enabling cloud-based features, the user understands and agrees to this type of processing to the extent necessary to provide the service, subject to reasonable technical safeguards used by the provider.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to clarify our practices or reflect technical improvements, regulatory expectations, or changes in the services we use.
The latest version of the policy becomes effective once published within the app or on the designated policy page. Continued use of the app after an update may be treated as acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
